I talked to their support and tried to answer all the questions based off my memory but they can’t confirm that I’m the original owner Hello, and welcome to the JustHayDay Forum. I'm sorry to hear of your problem. When a player deletes an account it is still visible to other players (although Supercell does reserve the right to delete inactive accounts, they seem not to do so at the moment). Supercell Support are extremely careful when they are approached with a request to restore an account. It's quite possible that the person making the request is simply a player trying to take over an account to which they have no connection, hence their caution. If you want to start playing again it might be simpler to start again with a new farm, as you seem to have done. I realise that might feel a chore, but it can be interesting to start from scratch, with the benefit of the knowledge you have gained. If you continue with your new farm I'd recommend that you consider using Supercell ID as a way of protecting it in the future. You will, of course, be able to join a neighbourhood when you reach the level that permits that. Whatever you do, please don't be tempted to buy an existing farm from some unauthorised source; that is a breach of Supercell's Terms of Service, and can result in a permanent ban of all of your farms. There is no way to buy an existing farm that does not breach the ToS. I hope this is helpful.

I was at a pretty high level and don’t play the game often enough to want to start from scratch. I tried to once but lost interest in the game and got tired of having to do everything all over again. I literally can prove it is my account, I can take pictures of the old farm I had and do it through my mom’s account.

Hi northerhills, Sadly, Supercell puts the burden of proof of account ownership on their players. Here's what happened last year when I lost access to my Baby Farm and how I used my Main Farm to recover it. I still can't believe I had a positive interaction with Supercell Automated Support. Good luck to you. justhayday.boards.net/thread/1978/success-story-supercell-automated-support

I don’t remember when I started the account, 2022? 2023? Would’ve been on my iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 8

First of all, northernhills, I think you're an innocent player trying to recover your farm. But sadly, Player Support will perceive you as a scammer trying to steal another player's farm if you give incorrect answers to their questions.
My advice to all players trying to recover their farms is don't interact with Player Support unless you are certain of the correct answers. One wrong answer will lead to their locking your accounts. Please exercise caution because the burden of proof is on us to prove we're the legitimate owners of our farms.
