First of all, not in a million years would I think about writing a post praising Supercell Automated Support (SAS) given my history with them. You may recall my posting that "I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to use SAS because it's atrocious, asinine, and appalling." And thank you $upercell for inspiring the alliteration. A few hours ago, I had a positive interaction with SAS. The only reasonable explanation is many stars must be in alignment or The Force is with me and I'm one with Force.
After experiencing chronic crashes, I uninstalled and installed game. I wasn't worried because my Main Farm and Baby Farm have been attached to Supercell ID since the feature was introduced. When I logged into game again, it took me to my Main Farm and didn't crash. But when I tried to switch to my Baby Farm, Supercell ID didn't display it. Then I went to the Support website to send the following message, "I lost my level *80 farm whose name is *Bacon N Eggs. I connected it to Supercell ID in *2016 but forget the email address associated with it so I can't recover it without your help. Thank you."
Within ten minutes, SAS emailed me back:
Ugh, I must interact with SAS after all. Bracing myself for some pain, I logged into game, tapped Help and Support, and the blue dialogue button to leave a message. Immediately, SAS was activated and the Devil's middle son Greg asked me for my neighborhood tag, name of my neighborhood, name of lost farm, and level of lost farm.
Satisfied with the correct answers, Greg asked:
Wow. I wanted to reply with something wildly inappropriate, but that's not how we must deal with a bot who isn't as good as ChatGPT. Instead, I bit my tongue and typed, "I lost my level *80 farm whose name is *Bacon N Eggs. I connected it to Supercell ID in *2016 but forget the email address associated with it so I can't recover it without your help. Thank you."
Greg replied:
I was excited because my ticket may get a chance to be reviewed by a human being. Five minutes later, Greg informed me that they'll create a new Supercell ID for the lost farm and send recovery instructions to an email address which isn't associated with Supercell ID. I wanted to be certain so I created a new email account to link with my Baby Farm and typed it. Greg asked me to check my email for the code and return to input which I did. Greg said this email has been linked to the lost farm and I should use it to log into Supercell ID. I did and now I have access to the Baby Farm.
Thank you SAS for a positive outcome and not giving me bloody headaches like in previous encounters. Moving forward, I'll be cautiously sanguine when using SAS.
*Names and dates were changed to protect me from being doxxed because it is a thing.

Thanks for your message. It is best to drop us a message through our in-game Help and Support if you have any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports. This will help us get more information about your case.

It looks like you are looking for the account you're contacting us from. Could you let us know about the problem you are facing?
Greg replied:
Thank you. We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
