I'll be at 2080 points by time I'm done these last 3 tasks available today My big farm hasn't had any 500 point tasks like feeding or waking safari animals yet but my smaller has (not that they are equipped to fulfill those kinds of tasks!) I agree that the single town map as a reward makes zero sense! I will be at 1,230 points when I finish all 10 today. And that includes a 500 pt feed 5 sanctuary animals task. No tasks trashed. Didn’t want to risk it for something lower that didn’t at least make up for the trashed point loss plus any new points to get me ahead. As I said, it’s all luck of the draw. With the house rules against you to start with, it’s hard to win. Anyway, we’ll see where I end up at the end of this event. |

Shaking my head at this one. It takes 15,000 points to finish and get the last deco. Eight days. (or is it 7?) That’s 1,875 points per day, minimum, to get to the end. We’re only given 10 tasks per day. If at the end of the day you’re not at 1,875, there’s no way to do any more tasks to get to that daily goal. You’re stuck with the luck of the draw. You can’t even buy more tasks with diamonds… at least not that I can see yet. Dumb. Sometimes I wonder if the game designers even play this game. If I’ve missed something, or my math is wrong, please correct me. —- edited to add: A map piece as a prize? Seriously? There are literally thousands of them for sale in the DD! Bummer, only low point tasks, when done today I am around 500 points total. Hope there will be 500 points task’s tomorrow to get back on track. This event S………, and indeed a map piece as reward, come on folks at SC, start playing your own games. 😂🤔😉 |

Generally I like this event, but since this is the first time that a common German event is involved I am a little bit disappointed. Like BauldersGate already stated...being forced to play every day and doing 10 tasks for the ultimate goal. What I also not like is if others are about to decide how I am supposed to play HayDay. It's clear, the further rewards are getting better the longer you play. Exception is the town map, that's a mistake. Due to this I only play until I reach the permit. I don't need more, because I am not any longer in a haunting mode for puzzle pieces and chicken vouchers. I am finished. It's ok for me. Perhaps Chris [Supercell] will read this thread and pass some informations given at the team. 🙂 |

Agree, but I already trashed them. Also have tasks now that finish near the end before tasks reset, I might forget to finish those tasks and loose the points that I need. Well it’s only pixels. 😉

I had to trash the first task I took because it was feed a dog and I didn’t realize there was already bacon there so I couldn’t feed until he finished romping 4 hours later. But then the task expired really quickly. And I got 2 pie tasks but my pie queue was full because of doing 650 trucks in last weekend's event, so it’s impossible to get those.
Should I just give up on this event then or is it still possible to get to 15000 pts by the end?
tl;dr, This event sucks.

I have low point tasks…three jams (almost 18 hours) for only 100 points, and once I decided to start it, I see it finishes just *after reset. I’d have to gem it to finish on time. But I won’t be up at 2 a.m. to do that. So…yeah.
The idea that they don’t refresh at all until the next day was a bad change, in my opinion. Why allow people to trash them, if we can’t get another to replace it?
The last event like this where they did refresh but I didn’t want to trash *too many, worked okay for me. It was still reasonable, but this is far too limited.
What if a day comes with high point tasks but it’s a busy day for me and I don’t get in? I miss all those high point tasks, then?
It’s worse than having to wait for Friday to get a third bunny in a bunny derby, or missing out on valley rewards because some daily tasks are missing (ie no deliveries near me).
What’s wrong with people who want to finish quickly, finishing quickly, and those who need more time, taking their time? This is a game event, but an individual one. Let it be more individual in how we pace ourselves, at least.

I’ve done slightly better than some for today’s total at 1360- so probably tomorrow I’ll get lower tasks.
I like the prizes, especially the pigs ! Only one I absolutely don’t need is the map ! Would have preferred another permit.
So far I’m enjoying it, but that might change when I see tomorrow’s tasks 😂

elenelle, I don't think it's a bug. Unlike the previous events, game won't allow us to delete unlimited tasks. For example, I trashed four tasks and they were replaced within 5 minutes. When I trashed another task, it didn't refresh because we may only do 10 tasks daily.
The limit is preventing players like me from finishing the event in three days or less because we trashed tasks frequently.

Did you discover the pig in a dirndl on Greg’s farm? I wonder when we have the chance to get her.
I have a 450 pretzel feeding 45 pigs task. Impossible to do when you return late home after work.
By the way, October fest is celebrated all over the world nowadays. Even in Berlin. Traditional Bavarian country fashion is big business and quite popular. And of course the original October fest in Munich is a huge tourist attraction.

I forgot how these events work... collected two platinum bars BEFORE selecting the collect three platinum bars task. Of all the tasks I could screw up, why something like platinum bars? At least it wasn't chocolate. I don't care much for the deco rewards, and four puzzle pieces? I might just go for the single expansion permit (and maybe the three chick vouchers). I really enjoyed the previous (two?) events like this one, but this one I'm not fussed about. When I woke up this morning and went to collect the next platinum bar I realised I’d queued them in one smelter, despite there being five smelters. How stupid am I? |

The note in that article mentioned that you can only complete 4 tasks per day, and refresh tasks that expire with diamonds. That’s both not what we have in our current event. |

one of my neighbors was told by support she can only do 4 tasks. I told her 10. And now, I’m pretty sure on one farm I did more than 10. The counter that said 10 was on zero, and I decided to see if I could do more. I did three extra. I didn’t trash any tasks. I messed up my quoting. Apologies! I was trying to include the quote from frog about just four tasks. |

You’re forgiven, blackbrit  So I went to the game around 22h UTC, after all the maintenance breaks. I saw 4 tasks in queue. Did 1, trashed 3, counter was on 3. Timer started to renew tasks in 5 minutes. Switched account, came back about 15m later, new tasks appeared, counter on 0. I finished first day with 150pts 🤣. Didn’t let any task expired to test what Support page said. Ours observations before the maintenance breaks might be incorrect, part of the bug. |

Event Details:
Duration: 19.09 - 26.09 (7 Days Long)
Event Currency: Pretzels
You have limited amount of tasks per day - 10 tasks
6 tasks are shown on your tasks board & the 4 remaining tasks are in a queue.
You can only select 1 task at once.
You can renew expired tasks while using diamonds (10).
When there is no more tasks in the queue, you can buy additional one (For this a plus button appears under the tasks queue info button) - the price for each next task is doubled and stats with 10 diamonds.
If the task expires, number of tasks in the queue increases after 24h
If you trash the task, you can wait 5 min or spend 10 diamonds to get a new one.
So if I trash the task, why doesn’t it reappear? And I don’t have any more tasks in the queue and I can’t buy additional ones (as they say in the poster)

I managed to earn 610 points today on my main farm. My baby farm is sitting out since I don't decorate that farm.
I deleted a task earlier today, and it is still blank. A new task didn't spawn. Not sure if it's sitting there empty since I had already finished my tasks, or if it only respawns the next day.
A 500 point feeding task showed up after I finished my last task for the day. I hope it is still there tomorrow. I'll be disappointed if it is gone.
Not excited by a single map piece. Not an inspiring award since the DD is full of them. The permit is good.
Overall, this format is less entertaining than previous versions. I think it provided less than 15 minutes of play value today.
