And it is still not possible to buy the farmpass as mentioned in different topics, also meaning thus that when you buy the pass later when it’s possible again you already missed a couple of days the benefits you would have. For instance the extra spin on the wheel. Works for me now. |

My collection book contains all but one of the designs I had originally bought; I have one farmhouse roof missing. Do you have items missing from your collection book? Just to clarify, items in a player's collection book can be reinstalled. The charge for reinstallation is heavily discounted, by 75%. Any reinstallations do not require diamonds as the charge is adjusted if their price originally required diamonds. |

It’s nice to see that players will get some compensation, but what about players that couldn’t buy the farmpass on day one and missed things? I received a parcel with golden voucher and that’s it so far. Don’t even know if I selected that one from giftcards. We will see in the near future. Depending on the outcome I consider supporting SC by buying things with real money, like I used to do until now.

I only just realised my custom decos from storage have been reset  If my completed koi fountains had been in storage I might have freaked out more 😅 |

Same for me, I mean the custom decos, at least three of them are reset. For one deco, I didn’t like the outcome, it would be great to have a function to reset them anyway.
Fortunately not the fountains, they are all on display. Lucky me.

-There will be another event due to the Maggie problems which will help you to get back lost designs. This will happen on Monday more Infos soon!

For the "Edit Mode" Issue on your Farm. You can use this temporary solution for now, This will let you fix the issue on your own.
Go to your Inventory > place all your "Custom Decoration" from your Storage in your Farm > You can put the Deco now back in the Storage again and your "Edit Mode" should work once again.

Go to your Inventory > place all your "Custom Decoration" from your Storage in your Farm > You can put the Deco now back in the Storage again and your "Edit Mode" should work once again. Will they still be fully formed decorations when placed into storage though? Because the ones we paid 200 thousand plus 100 green tickets Etcetera, Etcetera to create but had in storage are all reverted. |

I have given up and changed my designs back, same as I have given up on my valley tokens.
It's all taking far too long.

Same here Jana, today I left the valley and started with the new one. No windmill deco here.  Had all things with Halloween style or other items from Maggie. Still everything back to basic and no compensation here. Last time Alfred came was after the long maintenance giving 20 diamonds. |

I won‘t collect the third parcel because my wallet would overflow and there isn‘t an opportunity to spend the tokens until the shop opens in two days.
I won’t collect the third parcel and start collect fuel until the shop opens.
Anyway, we have to collect 400 animals, or we won’t get the deco, so we can’t stop driving around collecting animals just because we can’t spend the tokens.
Do you have any other strategy how to deal with this situation?
See it as an opportunity to get creative!

I haven't received compensation for the Maggie issue (still base design, still costs and arm and leg to put back the way it was) never got the windmills, never got the tokens for the valley, never got the 600 steps (had to pay for farmpass again). I only ever got the initial 10 diamonds - sorry we were down for maintenance.  Dee - Cold Comfort Farm - #2CCYQGYQ8 Baby Farm also didn't get anything other than the 10 diamonds. I wasn't affected by most of the bugs. Lucky me. I guess I would have stopped playing for a long time if I were. So I guess this is why Alfred didn't visit me.
But from what I read here so far the "compensation" for all the mess is obviously not what most people expected. Delivering valley tokens with no way to spend them, hmm. Sounds like a quick shot without much thought to me... And not getting all the coins/vouchers needed to buy back custom designs, without any other info on what to do or expect...Let's hope Maggie will fix it all up next Monday. At least there's hope.
