The only constant in life is change and how we adapt to them. As we have seen in the past year, there have been changes behind the scenes within Team Hay Day and we only know about them because Team Hay Day shared it with us publicly.
In the Dairy News video published by Supercell on October 16, 2021, Camilla said she would introduce someone near the end of the video. I was excited because I thought we will see the face of the new Hay Day Community Manager. For those who don't know, Hay Day's OG CM Nick has joined Team Everdale and a new CM has joined Team Hay Day full time.
When Camilla introduced the avatar who will host future Dairy News episodes, I was saddened because she has been the face of the game since she made her debut in the first Developer Q&A video in 2017, www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHG2zy6Uo9A
Watching Camilla's videos seems as if the game is talking directly to me. Then I realized it must be a time consuming process for Camilla to participate in the creations of the official videos. Maybe a change is necessary so she'll have more time to develop HD. Thank you Camilla and good luck in your future endeavors.

I was saddened to hear this as well. It was great that she took the time to do the Dairy News as well as answer our questions in the developer Q&A's. She did an excellent job as a spokesperson (but likely needs to devote her attention elsewhere). Thank you Cami!

I think she will start working on a new project and this saves them time. I liked the special twist she always gave.

I was fortunate to meet Cami when I visited the Supercell offices in Helsinki. She was absolutely lovely - exactly as she comes over in the videos.
I'll treasure the video where she answered my question directly, and miss her.

For all the discussion of people in Finland being camera-shy, she has been amazing and a perfect fit for HD. Having an avatar won’t be the same.
Here’s hoping we still hear from her from time to time (and Eino in Clash). Maybe in Dev Q&As if not Dairy News. I hope they will keep the human touch in communications and that it doesn’t start to feel like hearing from an automated “Sparky” in support.

I admit, when she said we wouldn't see her anymore, I felt sad! She always had such a cute happy and perky delivery of all the update news! I understand it will probably be way easier to use an avatar instead....but yeah, I will miss her!

I was a little disappointed and sad as well. Her videos were so cute and fun to watch. But that's life, things change and I will get used to her pixelated self, I'm sure  |
