That's our Frog On! I love it and for those who may not be into this theme, they have the option to switch to the original theme (instructions on how to do this are in Frog Ons' post about the theme change in Forum News).

 I thought it will be default theme for logged in members automatically (it does for guest) but I was wrong. I disabled the normal theme now to force the Halloween theme to be displayed. Let me know if any of you really really really want the normal theme after log in instead.

I don’t think disabling the regular background is really necessary. If setting it as default for members (and allowing them to switch back to normal) didn’t work, I’d just leave both choices.
People who don’t like Halloween might fell less put upon to have the normal background rather than to have to go look for it, while those who do like Halloween will no doubt take the little time needed to find it.
Just my opinion, but I feel like options are better.

I don’t do programming so I can’t comment on the time, aside from just never having enough to do everything I want to do in general, lol. (But what I’m saying is it was fine for me the way you had it before you changed it to default for members.) Does it take more fussing and hours to put it back the way it was? If so, don’t worry about it, but a thought for next time. |

I understand both sides. But, to answer to MommySnooks 🐯 first: Ok, it MIGHT be a little uncomfortable to have actually the Halloween 🎃 theme as default and that it could "bother" you a little bit to change it. But on the other side it's Halloween time, we all or better said many of us desire it. And second thought is that it doesn't last for a longer time, anyway. That said aside from the fact that I love this theme. Insofar in my opinion it wouldn't be a big deal for those who don't like Halloween changing it in the options to "normal". I think it' a matter of opinion to argue about it, but in fact Halloween is only a short time. Same thing applies to a winter theme, if Frog would make it available at time. Again to Frog: No reason to change anything and spending time for that. Nicely done! ❤ So, let's enjoy it. donkeyfan |

Great work, thank you, Frog On We don't celebrate Halloween in my country, at least the most part of the people, I suppose, but I don't mind to use the theme. I like that we have these changes in the game from time to time and it's interesting to see something similar here. Although Halloween isn't my favorite thematic time in the game, and usually by the end of this time I'm glad to switch to the snow theme, I still like any changes of view. I like the little bats hanging on the letters, their eyes so magnetic. |
