Please share your customer support experiences. Either good, or bad. Would like to hear them.
I contacted them this morning, because of the reload bug. I spun the wheel of fortune once, got pizzas. Spun it again, my farm pass free spin, the game glitched sending me to the farm house. Went back to the WOF to see it was grayed out, pointer on the star, and asking for 1 diamond to respin. So I have no idea what, or if I got anything from that second spin.
Contacted support, they claim I was given a coin booster card. There is no booster cards on my WOF. So how is that possible? Also, my booster storage is full, so I would know if that was rewarded. I even checked, and there isn't any coin ones in my storage. I've asked them this, and am waiting on a response. Ugh. Needed to vent. Lol

Wow, just got a new message from support. They say they can't help me any further. So that's it. I still don't understand how I could've been "rewarded" something that wasn't on my wheel? Or how they can say I received something that I never did. 😓

Hi eyelashes I wanted to answer you although I can't help very much regarding to this matter. It's some time ago since I had my last experience with the support. Considering everything my experiences were both, good and bad. But in my opinion it depends from the one who answers you. Some associates are competent and helpful, other fail by giving automatized answers. Sometimes I have the feeling they even don't read what was written from the farmer. No wonder that the answer often misses the question. But perhaps can another member give you a more detailed or specific information. CU, donkeyfan

I'm glad a live agent helped you and you weren't relegated to the asinine and dreadful Supercell Automated Support.

When I had contact with support it was always in my own language and good when I had a real person reacting. They were correct and fast. Lately I only get the automated answer machine. Which isn’t helpful to say a bit.....

Not the same problem but even although I had a screen shot I was told the case was closed and they could not help me. It is very frustrating. I have had good experiences though when I was able to have help from a person rather than the automated system.

Just wish the conversation didn't end so abruptly, would of liked a better explanation. I don't think I'll bother using customer support again. 😂

eyelashes I am sorry for your case. To date, my experience with the support is good and I like how the support works. I always got and get to a real person & they have always answered very quickly. Some issues for which I contacted the support = not always a solution was provided. - food bot got stuck to one of my farms + re-activation of derby tasks not working (farm pass) = no solution offered and in fact not the issues for the support. Later fixed: food bot gone + re-activation of derby tasks has been working. - farm pass not received (happened many times) = fixed asap after I sent the screenshot. - a reward not received, e.g., farm pass and WoF (happened sometimes) = fixed asap after I sent the screenshot. - puzzle pieces/permits greyed out or not received, e.g., due to connection problem (valley + derby rewards) = fixed asap after I sent the screenshot. - change of e-mail address connected to one of my farms: fixed asap after I gave the relevant info (if one doesn't remember an answer, being honest is appreciated). - change of hood name (had never planned to stay in our current hood which is for our baby farms) = rejected. - timeframe to change of SP ID name = not answered ("wait for a while"). As donkeyfan said, sometimes I feel that they do not read the messages at all or carefully = when one feels this, it is good to request them to read the problem carefully and they do & try to help to my experience. It is also a good alternative to contact them via out of the game message esp. when an important issue is closed by the support or about an issue not for the support. Lastly, it is really good to take photo when one gets a reward so it will be possible to send the screenshot.

Needed to vent. Lol I rarely ever contact support. My last issue was with ther restarting bug. They were no help at all. I've had a few good responses from them, but I usually just resolve the fact my issues won't be taken care of..so I don't bother anymore. Getting to your original problem of glitch during spin...I've had this happen to me a number of times. In MY experience when this has happened I did receive the extra item each time. Even though the wheel was grayed out. The reason I know for certain is because I keep the exact same totals of each item in stock at all times. When I use one. I immediately replenish it. Either with my main farm or my minis. So, you most likely received an item but not the item "support" stated. I hope that can bring you some relief. I know it's frustrating. Good luck to you. We've all been in a situation before and needed to vent. So you're not alone.👍🙂
