Diary of a Player in a Chillaxed Hood during the Derby

Dear Diary,
It has been a while since I made an entry in the Derby Diary so here goes. This week is the Bingo Derby and seven of us including me opted in after our chillaxed Hood Leader reminded us to opt out if we don't have time to contribute points.
As many derbyists may know, at the beginning of the BD, the board shows 16 yellow squares detailing how many of a specific task we must complete. For example, in our hood, we must complete the feed task three times before the color changes to blue denoting a completed bingo square. Since I'm in a chillaxed hood, we never communicate on derby strategy. Instead, we use chat to thank hoodmates for donations and assistance for boats, trucks, and train. Despite the lack of communication, there are 7 blue squares on the board, but none complete a row. I'm amused.
We won't finish in the top three but won enough points to gain five prizes.
