If anyone wants to make a copy, the link to the Google Sheet is provided below. After feedback, I changed the Circle data to be Large/Medium/Event/Small instead of 100/75/60/50 which referred to the circle radius in pixels. My quantitative mind likes to be able to calculate the relative size of one circle when compared to another

Open the link in desktop browser (or mobile browser set to display "desktop site") and the Google Sheet will open in View only mode.
Go to File and then Make a Copy.
Your copy is now fully editable on both desktop and mobile.
