Hay Day Twitter: More events coming to get water bottles

Thanks for posting the link. Speaking as one who has none of the big-name social media accounts other than a Facebook one which I don’t actively use, it would be nice if Supercell offered the type of in-game notices they used to have to keep us informed. The in-game notices are very unreliable now. Personally, I depend on Just Hay Day to keep me up to date.

We currently have an event where we can get a total 30 bottles as reward and an additional 60 if you finish first in your league. Players gonna burn a lot of diamonds to get top places.

The Olympic gate deco says will be available during the fair event. Guess we will have an additional event soon, and maybe also bottles there?

There are two pieces of deco on the event production road, means we can save water bottles for other items. But we don’t know which deco pieces may turn up in the County Fair so I’m saving my bottles for now.

Yes, there should be also bottles. 
When the catalog started there were a pop up with the information about it and how to get the bottles. 
It says: Farmpass, task event, County Fair, collections and shop surprises.

I collect the bottles and decide then how far I will go. 
The deco is nice but not a must have for me. Would be nice if you can create the whole Olympic area. 
But you have to buy many of the decos from the catalog and it looks not like we are getting very much bottles. 
And the nice "summer games crowd" (the nice edge piece) you only can get for the whole collection. So again lots of real money needed. 
And the summer games track also needs very much bootles. So it is not possible to buy much of it, I guess. 

 I have checked Ricky Burnetts page. He hasn't announced the next events yet. 
But it can be, that the content creators also don't get the info for the fair. Sometimes it was a suprise for them too. 
The information for the content creators are not the same as it was some time before. Unfortunately! 

Hmmm ..interesting ducktown2021. In my league table then.1 spot is on 3400 points. I’m no.75 at present but with six tasks to finish I should end the day at 3220 points, so not too far off the no.1 position unless that person gains more points.

I’ve got just one pearl shell that I keep on the beach in my town. It’s from long ago, not sure how I got it but I wouldn’t have spent diamonds on a magic net or anything like that. I haven’t seen the pearl shells around for years.

These events are meant to keep you playing. This is what they want. I am trying to avoid them but the temptation of land permits in such abundance is enticing however I don’t too much emphasis on winning task events as the pay to win option is alwyas a turn off.

Exactly what I posted in different threads. You know what to find where or get where. So on some decos you can plan and don’t have to waste bottles on. By doing so you can fill the deco pages and get some bottles as rewards for completing two pages. I only need 9 bottles to complete 3 pages without spending any diamonds or money.

on each page top right there is an info button, click it and the info is there for all decos on that page. Or click deco individually for same result.

I was 5th with 15870 points. Did all tasks and didn’t buy additional ones with diamonds. Just checked my position and already dropped to 15th place. As long as I stay in top75 I get the 9 bottles needed to complete 3 deco pages in the deco collection book. Can’t collect puzzle pieces, can’t collect chick vouchers cause have all animals and reached max number able to collect.

Now I have to wait for the county fair for the final deco needed to complete a page.

I am sc……, when I drop out of the top75, time will tell in 90min from now. Number 1 is close to 20000 points.

I finished on 44th place with 14080 points. Good enough. And I got all the decos, now just waiting for the county fair event.

My stats: 16,600 pts 3rd place, 50 btls on main farm
13,945 pts 34th place, 30 btls on mini

Another "other side" player here. I enjoy these events, but sometimes experience some frustration. That isn't a reason for the events to go away, though.

I have a suspicion that Supercell might have learned from their mistakes with the earlier sticker pages, and have now made an effort to make the stickers reasonably attainable.

My current frustration is that for some time now I haven't needed puzzle pieces, so any that I get simply disappear. Today I reached my limit on chick vouchers; I have all the birds so can't spend vouchers to make space.

Adding to that, I'm close to the limit on expansion permits, so those will start disappearing too when that limit is reached.

I know I'm lucky to have all my land open, all of my birds and all of my sanctuary animals, but I wish Supercell would come up with some sort of "compensation reward" for the prizes I don't get, as happens in another game I play.

That said, I'll still be joining the events!

My stats: Main farm 23rd place with 13,910 points (no extra tasks). I decided against entering my baby farms.

I read all the postings here on the JHD forum, why, and this is a serious question, gives Hayday people stress? You don’t have to do anything on your farm. You don’t have to spent money. You don’t have to be online 24/7, nothing dies in Hayday. Nobody forces you to do derby, events, county fair, valley, boats, trucks, or farm under time pressure or wfr.

I guess, but that’s my guess, that some players that experience stress from Hayday is because they might be hoarders. If there are rewards we can get we want them, and if we don’t get them, well……

The only thing that I have little issues with is the waste of chicken vouchers and puzzle pieces once you have everything. And when all my land is open the max permits you can store. On the other hand all are pixels owned by SC.

So I am very curious why people get stressed? Stress is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation.

If it's chick vouchers you mean, the usual limit is 25.  It is possible to go over, though.  For example, if you hold 24 and collect a prize of 4 chick vouchers you will hold 28.  Unless something has changed, you won't be able to collect any more until you use ones from storage. 

It's similar with land permits - there will be a point at which you can collect no more.  I can't be certain exactly what that point is, but I seem to recall it's in the low 20s.  At the moment I'm holding 13...
