For my fuelpoints I need to catch 4 fish. The points don’t add up. I tried to contact support ingame. But I got an automatic generated response from Greg. I used to get a real person responding to me. What changed?
Up till now I had good experiences with support.

I’ve heard a lot of people saying that in game support is pretty much useless at this point. People have been unhappy with it for a long time.

I used to get a real person responding to me. What changed? Up till now I had good experiences with support. I'm speculating the following. A few years ago, Supercell started transitioning its player base from live agents to automated support. I interacted with Sparky the Support Bot in Clash Royale and Clash of Clans. Then I was relegated to a Support Bot when I contacted Player Support about an issue with Hay Day. The last resort for a live agent is to use the Contact Form at the Supercell Support websidte. But eventually, all players will be assigned to Automated Support, sadly.
Again, the above is my speculation.

I always reach to a real agent via the ingame support ("help and support" = "contact us" = "message us"). Sometimes I get immediate reply from a real agent, sometimes I need to wait longer & no real agent is available in the evenings.
Just speculating: perhaps, whether a player can communicate wit a real agent or a chat robot depends on the region of the player (e.g., more available agents in country X due to various reasons, such as summer time, less players contact the support).

I used to be in the same situation. Never had the automated response, always a real person. That’s up to now.

I have not contacted support for a while but I have had both a real person and the automated response. The automated one idoes definitely not provide any support. It is a dreadful system. The real ones are generally helpful and the problem can usually be resolved although I can think of one time where it was not.

Hi, sorry for the unclarity: I had to contact them yesterday & today for the farm pass issues & annoying constant connection problem that has led to me losing some materials during the trading. And I got to reach to real agents. I follow the same drill: contact & message to them ingame. As said, (speculating) perhaps, currently the summer time & the region are some factors that affect if we get to a real agent or a chat robot. Hope you can get to real agent soon when you have a problem.

The closure of the official forum, robot support, etc. is just saying that SC just dont want to communicate with customers anymore ... as long as they keep buying diamonds.
