My only complaint about the two running together is that I’ll go to a machine to see how long something will take so I can decide whether to trash it or line it up. But in so doing, I end up removing one of the three I needed for the other event on that same machine and have to queue it again and wait a couple more hours. Bleh. I try to be somewhat careful, but it happened at least three times today, (Am I forgetting where production times are listed except on machines or out in wiki-land?) You can always tap on the item in your barn/silo... |

MacConnich, I agree the leaderboard is annoying. So annoying that my BFF (Baby Farm Forever) isn't doing any tasks because doing one means getting popup notices such as YOU DROPPED DOWN THREE PLACES or YOU WENT UP TWO PLACES which I'm getting and tolerating while playing the Main Farm to get those three damned expansion permits!!! You got that, Team Hay Day!? Do you have expansion permits as reward? I got 10 diamonds, 2 chick vouchers and 3 🧩 for number 1. The places 2-10 are 🧩. |

Perfect! This reminds me of a very popular thread in the old forum that was dedicated to tongue-in-cheek entries. I can’t remember the title, but I think the OP was named “Sugar”. I remember discovering it when there were already about 50 pages of entries, and I read the whole thing from the beginning. Every so often someone would miss the point and post a serious complaint, but for the most part it was full of fun stuff like ducktown’s and Tahoe’s exam suggestion. Well done, you two! 😂👍🏽

Production times you can check in your barn by searching there for the item and tapping on it. Also the barn is a good place to check how much free space you have so you don't pick up items by mistake. You could try to fill that space by buying random items from shops before checking at your production machine how much time is left before the task is fully ready. |

So annoying that my BFF (Baby Farm Forever) isn't doing any tasks because doing one means getting popup notices such as YOU DROPPED DOWN THREE PLACES or YOU WENT UP TWO PLACES which I'm getting and tolerating while playing the Main Farm to get those three damned expansion permits!!! You got that, Team Hay Day!? Do you have expansion permits as reward? I got 10 diamonds, 2 chick vouchers and 3 🧩 for number 1. The places 2-10 are 🧩. For my Main Farm, my rewards are coins, decorations, 2 chick vouchers, 2 puzzle pieces, and 3 expansion permits in the path. I don't care about the prizes on the Leader Board because I'm not competing for them. BTW, I was wondering what the two x's in your reply meant until I realized they are puzzle pieces. ;-) |

It's possible. I made 5830 in the first days without playing all tasks (38/40). Someone is 800 points ahead. There are players with good strategy of playing this and a good dose of luck to get good points. I enjoy the marathon race of the leaderboard without worrying about the points others made or my rank 🙂. |

So there is a difference in the number that are in a group…..  the lowest 10 don’t even have half the number that top has…., guess they already threw the towel, knowing that they (most likely) have all sanctuary animals so only 1st place give “good” rewards. Almost nobody in 200+ level needs 🧩 pieces nowadays. |

You got that, Team Hay Day!? A few hours ago, I got the three damned expansion permits by reaching 15,000 points. I was able to unlock a land and free up 75 spaces in my barn. Learning from previous Task events, I didn't trash any tasks because the low points add up. As long as I prepare all available tasks in advance and was careful in moving around my farm, I should get enough points daily. The Game Gods smiled on me this time and gave me some easy quick tasks such as feeding Sanctuary Animals. There's time left in the event but I don't care about competing in the Leaderboard. |
