After the update had to uninstall a baby farm which was no longer working . Afterwards when I press connect through SC ID nothing happens. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA.

Nunovsky Hm, that's weird. One question....you CAN press the button with the connection to SC-ID, it's active and not "grey"? Next question would be the e-mail address. I know from the past that some e-mail addresses weren't working bc of some incompatibility to SC. As far as I remember the game told you that the code was sent but never arrived, nothing happened. At that time I took a survey in every mail folder, especially SPAM. Zero. May I ask which e-mail provider you use? IIRC in Germany telekom had problems with the code, freenet for example hadn't. There is no hint about the code they are about to sent? I think the only way may be support. I know that won't suit you. π Sadly you can't circumvent the problem without them.

I don't quite understand the steps you describe, the wording is not clear enough for me. "uninstall a baby farm" -> how do you do this? or do you mean you uninstall the game? "no longer working" -> how comes a farm is no longer working? no longer loading thus cannot access it? "afterwards" -> does it imply that the previous steps was successful? how do you tell it was succesful? What is the screen where you are at this time? Is it inside another farm? "connect through SC ID" -> how do you access this button? I can find either "Log In with Supercell ID" (after logging out of a SC ID account) or "Log in" from the game settings (where you can also turn off sound and change language) but cannot locate "connect through SC ID" button. I'm genuinely confused not sure what is the scenario described here to even offer a suggestion. I did download Hay Day on a new android device, and the process to log in with SC ID seem working (I did not connect, though).

Hi tks for replying ,the button is not grey, looks normaL, when I presse it a click is heard but nothing happens. Concerning the email it's a Gmail account and never had this problems before.

Baby farm worked through a dual app clone , an app that allows several instances of another app to work in the same device, in this case HD. This baby farm farm stoped working after the update had to remove it from the app then add it again. To act on the assumption the baby has it's own e-mail address the support will be the proper next step if you want to use the baby furthermore. I have no other idea, sorry....

I have it on my cell phone, np with that but then again didn't have to uninstall it there. And have it on a rather old tablet (more comfortable for playing 10 inches screen) where the problem lies. I think you are spot on and this must be device specific. Also could you direct me to the discord group or better yet to that specific discussion so I can follow further developments? TIA

As you are using an app for cloning, this seems the problem.
I would suggest to try if you can log in with your normal Hayday App and don't use a cloning app. Using Apps or Emulators are against the TOS. I think this is why it doesn't work anymore.

I cannot connect to I D either and I donβt use anything other than the game app on my ipad. I think it is part of the issue people with older devices are having. When I press π to switch accounts it crashes the game.

hi there same issue here since the summer update in june. after a factory reset, I installed Hay Day the latest version. Tried clicking the ID button to add my former farm back. Nothing happened. Also tried the login button in the settings. Nothing happened. Can somebody help? please and thanks!!
