Shame on Supercell for abusing their players by not investing in better Player Support to retain players. Don't apologize, Supercell; Just do better!As for me, my go-to solution for any bugs is to uninstall game, reinstall, and hope for the best. If game is still unplayable, then my journey with Hay Day will conclude.

I only had to contact support once and it all worked out. I paid for a farm pass but it did not activate. They asked for a screenshot of the purchase. Support sent something via the mail man and it worked.

JLSuperfly Call yourself lucky. I will admit that sometimes support is helpful resp. CAN BE helpful. Mostly you will fail to achieve anything. Like the member in Reddit wrote...you are circling and circling to no avail bc the possible choices won't met your specific issue. There is no way to circumvent it. If you do so you will get a useless answer which asks for your understanding. 😕 Ok, sometimes you may be lucky. We are not talking about an exception, but the rule. (In regard to get appropriate help) Sadly... Due to this I'll handle it similar as lynnk2021 already mentioned. I try to solve any problem myself. Support is wasted time.

Several years ago I had to contact support for something and it all went well.
But now I can't even contact support from my game. It just loops back to the opening screen of the game. If you use the link to contact support from outside the game I get a message to use in game support... viscious cycle. This is not corrected with any of the normal things like closing and reopen, shutting down tablet, Uninstall and reinstalling etc etc.
