Yeay! The easter egg event startet today! Alfred was already here and delivered the new machine. I am so excited. When the first boats arrive, it would be nice to know how many bunnies which egg gives. So perhaps we can collect the information together

I got 25 for a chocolate pig.
In more exciting news, you can get bunnies instead of EMs from harvesting crops! I'm too lazy to work out any drop rates, but I've harvested crops with my barn full and I've been getting chocolate bunny drops!
Edit: I'm also getting chocolate bunnies from feeding pets with a full barn. Seems to be less frequent than EM drops, but they are dropping

I love all the permits in the catalogue, yay. But the machine needs lots of diamonds to add on extra slots. Is it more than previous machines, does anyone know?

40 chocolate bunnies from each chocolate cow egg Are you sure? I think it should be 20 as I heard from another player. I have only had the chicken for my self, yet. But from the collected informations it should be: Cow 20 chicken 25 pig 25 goat 30 Same as the previous events. To the question above for the diamonds and slots: Yes, in previous events first slot was always 20. IIRC the following slots were doubled. For the first slot I am sure. But I didn't pay much attention on the slots. Too expensive. For a normal machine it is already expensive in my opionion (fishing area also has high costs and I didn't open to much slots). But for a temporary machine that is (perhaps) never coming back this costs are really to high. I am not willing to pay so much for a slot. I played all the events without opening any additional slots. And I always reached all the prizes I wanted. (Most or all of the deco, depending on my taste and all scrolls, of course. That was my must-have. Puzzles or chick vouchers and some little prizes were on my "nice to have list" But I always reached them too. Only in the holiday event I didn't collect all chicken vouchers, but this was because I was to afraid how the event will go on. )

There are no puzzles in my catalogue. But many blueprints. Apples get rare in the daily dirt.

@squirrel .. yes, I got 40 bunnies for each cow egg. Got my first permit from the catalogue with that boat.
I’ll re-check when I next get a cow egg boat .. or perhaps someone else can confirm as can’t be only me?

PS .. I did think it was odd that the eggs that are fastest to produce delivered the highest number of bunnies …

I’ll re-check when I next get a cow egg boat .. or perhaps someone else can confirm as can’t be only me? I had a boat with four crates of 2 cow eggs each (8 total eggs needed), each crate was worth 40 bunnies, so each cow egg is worth 20 bunnies.

The chicken and pig earning the same amount of bunnies is nonsensical (just like the two middle-tier Christmas presents), as they have different production times.
In general, your highest earn rate (gold/time, XP/time, bunny/time) goes to the shortest production time item, as you have to "maintain" the machine more often to keep it running.

Definitely 40 bunnies for the cow egg. Each crate in the image (above) requiring eggs is giving you 40 chocolate bunnies for two eggs (Each egg is worth 20 bunnies).

I'd like to share the following QoL aka Quality of Life change I just noticed. I needed one more expansion permit (14/15), so I bought it for 130 chocolate bunnies. In previous events, Alfred delivered a package and I tapped the package to claim my purchase. This time, however, the package didn't appear even after I had logged out and logged into game.
Then I tapped an unlocked land and the expansion permit showed 15/15 which means I got the expansion permit immediately without a delivery by Alfred. Thank you Team Hay Day for the QoL improvement.

Alfred delivered my machine and I loaded a boat with the cow eggs. I didn’t notice a reward for the eggs. I don’t have a catalog so I think I’ve got a glitch.

The catalogue has changed with the update. The "usual" catalogue now appears in the purchases tab - there's a voucher button at the top of that tab. The event catalogue can be opened by tapping on the button at the side of the chocolate bunny: I hope this helps.

Wow! Kudos to Cowslips for earning 386 bunnies on the first day of event! Thanks Lynn. I actually earned 40 more, but I spent them! I'm in a good time zone for Supercell's events; they start at 8.00am for me (although the clocks change next weekend, so it'll be 9.00am from then). I have the advantage of getting a flying start.

Does this only work with a full barn? I am just getting the regular drops. I don’t have a full barn right now, and have gotten a couple bunny drops while wheating. It works more efficiently with a full barn. As far as I know, without a full barn you could get regular EMs and mining tools from harvesting crops and there is also a small possibility of getting chocolate bunnies. With a full barn, the only drop will be chocolate bunnies.

On my farm I have 4 bunnies dropped from farm activities and am still getting expansion materials, which suits me. I say I have 4 from drops because I have 609 bunnies (I haven’t spent any yet) and given the bunnies for eggs put in crates that seems like why I don’t have 605.

I can confirm that I get chocolate bunnies and normal drops from feeding pets (so far from horses and the birdhouse). I haven’t got any chocolate bunnies from harvesting fields while my barn wasn’t full. With my barn full I guess I get a chocolate bunny drop every 100 fields I harvest (I guess). Time permitting I will count the fields to get the exact number.
