I wasn't impressed. Although they had combinations of coin and diamonds, the cost wasn't anything great.  I passed. I have almost 35 million coins. They used to offer a 4000 diamond package for about $69... THAT is the kind of sale i am hoping for.  😆 🤣 😂 

Thinking of the offers they've put up and combining them, if you bought the

5000 diamonds for a penny shy of £100 and used it to get

4 expansion permits for 360 diamonds

then (assuming you can repeat buy the expansion permits) you could buy that offer 13 times

Giving you 52 expansion permits total

Given the high expansion permit cost of some of the land (cost in their 20s) that would most likely open you;

2 and a bit plots of land (once you'd sourced your own mallets, stakes and deeds)

And £50 for each plot of land is far too steep for my blood!

I didn't expected a REAL worthwile offer, so I am not disappointed. They don't change their course of action, therefore it's pretty predictable. 

Nevertheless I have to admit...there have been offers in the past I was interested in. And if a special deco grabs my attention and I desire a special item I buy it, no matter of the cost. The last times this doesn't apply, so I passed. It's a pity, although my activities decreased I still like the game and would be pleased to support it with money. Perhaps next time. 🙂🪷

I was for a few seconds tempted to buy the 5000 diamonds, my stock is almost gone. In the past I would buy the diamond&deco offers if I liked them. Nowadays I don’t even reshuffle the derby rewards anymore for permits. I am happy with what I get from the get go. I don’t expand the machines anymore, don’t use diamonds for additional slots.

The only reason why I thought of buying the pack is the 10+ years I play Hayday, which has given me a lot of joy. That would only be 1euro per month, so a lousy 3 cents per day, for all the days I have played this game.

The deco I have is hardly out of the storage. The grind for the puzzle pieces, oh no not again baby animals in the next update, and the permits, besides new machine and crops becomes very VERY 🥱.

I really hope that the update brings more besides the stuff we always get, to keep me interested in this game, which might result in me spending money on diamonds again.

In case you didn't know, Diamond can also by purchased via Supercell Store in some countries. This channel charges the same amount of money for 10% extra diamond. (example: 570 +57)


You will need the account to be connected to Supercell ID though. According to the country you are in, there can be a few options.

And of course, you can enter a Creator Code.

THX for the hint. Just checked it. In Germany it's available, you're getting additional items for the same price. The offer with 5.000 diamonds is however special, you get 5.000 diamonds for 119,99 €. The "normal" is 4.000 for 119,99 and the store will reward you with additional 400 diamonds.

IIRC the store is not available in US, but I am not 100% sure about this. Perhaps could a member confirm this.

I live in the U.S. and am curious about the Black Friday offers in other countries. Thank you. Here's mine.

1. $9.99 for 300 diamonds, 126,939 coins, 3 known 5 star boosters.

2. $15.99 for 500 diamonds, 211,565 coins, 7 unknown 5 star boosters.

3. $24.99 for 1000 diamonds, 423,130 coins, 4 known 5 star boosters.

4. $99.99 for 5000 diamonds.

No, not nice in the sense of being "discount Black Friday". Sure, I have been playing this game since its introduction so if you divide the cost, it may seem negligible.

However, this is certainly not what I consider. I supported this game financially to a great extent for years from my wallet, and I made this game "famous". Despite this fact, recently, perhaps the strategy following the sale of SC or a reason that I do not know, the game has lost its joy (for me and many I know) as the game mainly aims at me encouraging spending money, while no new aspect is introduced in the game, and still extreme prices. All developers have the same aim but SC has crossed the balance way too much. 


Remember: so-called updates are only limited to introducing new machines and crops; constant bugs; far-pass which includes copy & paste deco - some of us already paid for before; town update asked by many players which has been ignored for years as I assume SC does not consider it profitable; permit events literally disappeared - instead, they are sold at astronomical prices; lack of customer service; and the list goes on. It is not the same SC as they themselves put forward: the previous events were give away, this is different. I would expect such a supported game by the players to do better at least for Black Friday sale. So, disappointing. 

The fact that I am not even interested in a puzzle piece boat event says enough for me. Again the grind for pieces. And the new booster UI really did it for me. It’s the vid produced by Redknight about the superboosters that made it “interesting”, but overall disappointing update again.

if we have to open up additional slots again on the wrapping machine, while we bought them last year, that would be the final nail and most likely will make me stop playing Hayday and be active here.

The last thing I remembered regarding prior purchased slots with diamonds is that they would endure - IF - (with emphasis on "if") SC would provide us with exactly the same machine. The slightest changes from the machine means that we have to start from scratch again. Since SC is still aware how successful the upgrade from the players was by spending so many diamonds they would be silly if they'd miss the opportunity to do it again.

In my opinion we have therefore to upgrade more slots with diamonds if we are willing to do this. BTW, I had only increased on 6 slots but I know that you had the machine fully developed. I won't do this again and I completely understand that you won't do this either.

Regarding the withdrawal from Hayday and the forum...if this is gonna happen...please think it through. You have so much experience and if you decide to step back this would be gone for good. There are always new members/ players who would be pleased to learn from you. You don't have to play HayDay to participate here, you know that.

I also know, the decision is entirely yours. I only can ask you to stay. Regarding HayDay....perhaps you can find some joy by playing only things you like and avoiding those which are annoying. Don't abandon it completely. You may regret it later.

Thanks donkeyfan, I thought this would be the case.  I am not intending to buy slots this time so my participation will be limited.
A pity as some of the decor is cute.
