I'd completely missed that there was a Thanksgiving event coming up, guess it'll be the same type as the Halloween one? Not prepped for it...oh well. Hope it's not as difficult as the Oktoberfest one and is more like Halloween, that was quite good fun in the end. Good luck everyone 🍀

First of all, thank you OP for alerting us about the upcoming event. I just checked the in game news feed, Hay Day Twitter, Hay Day Instagram and there's no mention of the event. Curiouser and curiouser. How did everyone learn about it?
Then I DuckDuckGo Hay Day Thanksgiving Event and eureka: Ricky Burnett published a video about it 11 hours ago. The event will run from the 17th to 25th of November. Maybe Hay Day will promote his video in the in game news when the event will start in about 7 hours?

Have started to randomly stack my machines x3 will be interesting to see what kind of tasks we get this round. My times limited this event big thanks to letting us know. It does add so fun element to the game.

It already glitched 🙃
Started as it should have
I had a couple small tasks I could do
Got the first gnome
Prepped for rest of tasks
Then it reset with new tasks and no progress
....so I've prepped again although the 1st prep has thrown me off already 😆
UPDATE:
just reloaded game at it had reset again to previous tasks 😐
UPDATE 2:
Aaaaaaaannnnnnnd now its back to the second set of tasks....
.....wouldn't have minded if they'd been high point and easily doable 🤣

All machines set-up with the products I needed first go, now completely different. Derby screwed up because of this. SC try to get your act together, you are proving once more to be a money grab company. |

This isn’t good. I was already down 6 tasks as I had tasks that I could complete immediately.
Now I will have to make these things again. The apple jam will be the hardest. I already had 3 done
so I completed it but now I will have to start those again from scratch.

I was so eager & happy about having been ahead & able to just
pick stuff up so quickly but it was too good to be true. I’m going
to wait a bit to see if it glitches again before I pick stuff up.

LOL, BauldersGate. Thank you for sharing the screenshot of your 4 Male Settler Gnomes. Using the search function in the decorations tab, I know I've gained 3 for rushing to play the event.
