I did some tasks with high points (luck) when the event started and was preparing the remaining tasks that were on the board. In the evening (now) when came home, all the points are gone, new tasks replaced, but the quota is reduced for the tasks I did when the event started. In another farm, the same situation + I levelled up but still shows the same level + valley points are gone. Got 10 diamonds on 1 farm, no diamonds in another. So, my game is full of bugs, which is pretty amazing and very joyful to play. Yes, if you give me more bugs SC, I will certainly buy 4000 diamond pack for app. 130 Euro + all deco packs to fully admire the stability and joy of the game.

A side effect of delayed start is that the task reset is half hour behind the norm reset of everything else (like valley/pass road tasks) You can see the 7:59am time on my phone (top left) usually reset would be at 8am but there's still half hour till new tasks showing on the timeline  |

But only farms affected in the first 30 minutes of the event that played will receive the diamonds and had the possibility for additional gnomes because of the glitch. |

With this weekend being a DIY packed one for me I'm struggling to focus on the thanksgiving event and the simultaneous boat event 😅
I've sent 1 boat so far and I'm behind on thanksgiving tasks
I have a few tasks left in the que, if one of those turns out to be a long task (pig/sheep/goat feed, etc) it will probably be trashed at this point in the day
Already trashed a lollipop task, it not only takes too long for the lollipop production itself but it also siezes up the entire machine
Preventing other quicker sweet tasks from being completed if they appear (like fudge or honey nuts)

I don’t usually do boats, but like to try for things like this. I used a faster boat and boat help booster, but still have only 2 done. They are asking for things that take a long time to make, and so is the event. … Why do they have to double up on these things? |

I have just done the second boat. I will hopefully get to the qualifying goal if we make it but that will be it. I have had to trash several tasks that are long and low points. |

If I get a quest to "catch 4 lobsters", what does that mean? My guess is that it means you have to deploy 4 lobster traps and wait for them to be ready for collection. You “catch” the lobsters when you take them from the trap. Same with duck feathers. Thanks for the reminder that I should get over to the lake to set out duck and lobster traps to be ready. I’ve loaded up my smelters and awakened all my pets and some sanctuary animals. |

Always make sure you have 4 lobster and 4 duck traps soaking in the water and ready to collect if those tasks appear. Just make sure you don’t catch them before you take the task. Been there, done that and got the T-shirt. |

So far, so good. I didn't have lucky animal feeding 500 points tasks, mostly production tasks that I can launch then come back later whenever I have time. Steady points flow: - Day 1: +2430 -> 2430
- Day 2: +2670 -> 5100
- Day 3: +2530 -> 7630
- Day 4: +2500 -> 10130
- Day 5: +870 -> 11000

I was quietly content that the event was going well for me. Throughout the event I've been loading machines when the new tasks become available, and then dropping in during the day to complete tasks, and load machines ready for the next round. All very efficient! Imagine the scene; I took a task with high points - making 3 potato omelets for over 300 points - and then collected the 3 crunchy donuts instead. Doh!  |

From what I could notice most of you can manage the event in time. Aside from difficulties in the very beginning this event is very similar to the previous one.
I reached with my mainfarm the " Small Horn of Plenty". That was sufficient for me, I was not in the mood to proceed furthermore. I am satisfied as it is, I don't have to finish something if I am not that interested in the offered deco. Only thing I regret that I didn't fi ished the Oktoberfest, I am missing the table. But ok, no need for whining, it was my fault.
Regarding the current event I think it should be doable although if some of you are lacking time. I think a good prep will do it. 🙂
