I just purchased the Raven bundle. In the game it was priced $3.99 Canadian dollars. But in charged $7.80 Canadian dollars on my credit card. Did anyone else notice that HD is taking almost double, what they advertise in the game. I wanted to contact HD. I can’t find how or where to contact them. Honestly, if they had posted $7.80 for the Raven bundle, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

I just tried it in the UK, it’s £2.99 here, and I checked bank, it did only charge me the £2.99 here. Not sure if there’s anyone else in Canada who would be willing to try to see if it’s a glitch in just Canada?

Honestly, if they had posted $7.80 for the Raven bundle, I wouldn’t have purchased it. In coming days or hours, if not already, Apple should have sent a bill for your purchase. Could you check what is the amount? You might want to take a screenshot of the bundle in game. I'm not sure whether you can purchase multiple time, but it shows that there is no offer of the amount your bank charged you in Apple's bill. In other countries, some bank could charge addditionnal fee when making purchase on app store via some specific way. This is also a possibility. |

Easy to check if you have double decos. On Apple devices you will get the receipt pretty fast after you’ve bought something. |

I checked and I have only one Raven bundle.
In Canada, we do have taxes, it’s approximately 15%. I often buy the farm pass and normally has a approximately 15% additional cost. This time approximately 90% more than the price.
I did take a screenshot of the Raven bundle in the game. I’ll try to Apple to see, if they can enlighten me on the price charged to my account.

Tap on blue chat bubble on upper right and type your message and send.  From out of game: Tap the Supercell Support board (under the Bugs board on this forum). Go to Troubleshooting>Contact Form>Contact Us and complete and send the form. Good Luck! |
