Hay Day should have given the new veggie cake as the reward instead of selling it for diamonds- would have been a better incentive. |

Since they started keeping track on this thread, there was only one 2-day help event that we got. Must have been an amazing deco, because there were quite a few helps in those two days.
There were three helps like this event. Three days twice, and four days once, all for 120,000. We didn’t get any of them, either for diamonds OR a deco. That may indicate something perhaps needs to change? 👀

Yes, the average from start needed to be 1.7 million per hour. We are 10 000 000 short atm, meaning we have to double the pace for the remaining time. Miracles do exist, but this one is doomed to be another failure.

That may indicate something perhaps needs to change? 👀 The deco in January was the fish fountain. And at the event in February (4 days) there only counted the bushes and trees. Think this was a problem. Looks like we don't have luck with help events - but only this year. But I don't think the 120 is the problem. In 2022 we had several help events and we got it all! Feb - 4 days - deco - global goal 165 - got it May - 4 days - diamonds - 150 - got it Oct - 4 days - diamonds - 150 - got it Nov - 2 days - diamonds - 80 - got it Dec - 4 days - deco - 150 - got it. |

For the next global event, I may need to stay past my bedtime to see the Final Total and compare it in the morning. I wasn't expecting to see HD math in action when I started this thread but I'm so glad I did. ;-)

This time the fishing event has a personal goal of 90 (or have I watched wrong?)
Can anyone check this and confirm it?
Thats the reason why I thought the PG could be interesting.
Same global goal, same days. But the last fishing events were only 45.

I just checked my Baby Farm and it shows 79/90 units, close to the fourth checkpoint, fished by me.
IIRC, yesterday I passed the third checkpoint of 45 units which shows the PG symbol.
If we fish at the current rate, I predict we'll reach the Global Goal with about 1 hour to spare so good luck everyone.

Oh yes, you're right.
Checked it on my baby, too. It is under the PG because I didn't have enough time for this.
And it says 40 / 45.
Don't know why I saw it so wrong.
Think my farm was to quick. I only used the coloured lures and concentrated on fishing the event fishes.
They always have 10 or more and so the personal counter raises very quickly.
Thanks for correcting me and sorry for the confusion.

Well, I'm calling it. The fishing event is crashing hard because we caught only 257,350,000 with 85 mins left, well short of 300,000,000.
This time my Main Farm and Baby Farm contributed a total of 350 units and got all the vouchers but not the global prize.

I don’t know what the problem is. Probably several factors.
They gave us back the four days but we took in approximately 10 million less pounds than the last time we had only three days. I too didn’t fish for two of the four days because the pond was needed for other stuff. But I’ve welched on a couple days before and still the prize was attained. And I took in almost 300 pounds anyway.
I did stop trying for the competition fish. For those I did get, I had to cast between 8 and 13 times before the right circle appeared and then the wrestling…😖 and TWICE the line snapped and all that effort was for nought. It just wasn’t worth it. After a while I just took whatever fish came. Otherwise, it was too frustrating and time consuming.
So again I don’t know.
Fewer people playing the game?
Less engagement with the mini-games?
Too many mini games at the same time?
Cynicism/eroded hope because of the frequent losses?
SC’s persistent over-estimation even given all the data they have?
The frustrating fishing mechanics? (okay this one is just for me 🤷♀️😏)
All of the above, and perhaps more?
