I'm curious to know whether members are viewing the threads and posts via the Dashboard links (to recent threads/posts), or if you are viewing them from the homepage by clicking on a particular Board. Thanks for your time everyone.
(If you are clicking on the thread/posts links in the Forum Information & Statistics area on the homepage, please state so in this thread).

Tahoe ๐พ I use the dashboard, but only if I need special information from SC about HayDay. (Events etc.) Threads and postings always by clicking on a posting or a particular board. Like you already stated. Additional I want to say I like and appreciate the input given from our members and staff very much. โค๏ธ๐

I have a link to General Discussion in my browser. I go to the Dashboard for Twitter and the Derby timer.

Homepage and only general discussions. If I use the dashboard most of the times the first x postings are from the forum games section I am not interested in, with exception of a couple.
Whatโs the reason for your question, besides being curious?

I check the dashboard every day especially for Hay Day posts on Twitter etc. (cuz I dumped my twitter account!) then I go to the general discussion thread and catch up on all the new posts.
P.S. love this forum!

I check it first thing every morning before I check into the game. It has anything I need to know that happened while I was sleeping. I had my โGEEK SQUAD โ daughter set it up on my browser. Anytime she visits and uses my IPad, I say, โDONโT MESS UP MY HAYDAY FORUM โโผ๏ธ๐ฑ She laughs and says, โI KNOW MOMโฆDONโT MESS WITH YOUR HAYDAY๐๐คฆโโ๏ธ. Iโm the only one left that still plays in our family. I read it 3 or 4 times a day. When they said they were getting rid of the old forum, I freaked. Thank goodness yโall started this oneโฃ๏ธ Thank you for all your hard work ๐โฃ๏ธ I love that there are so many text savvy people on here. I even figured out, and got my nerve up to use the edit mode from donkeyfan. Everyone is so helpful. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCHโฃ๏ธโฃ๏ธโฃ๏ธ๐ฅฐ

I'm always here on my phone
So I'm immediately placed on the homepage everytime
From there I check my notifications
Then I check whats new by clicking on the categories with a the 'new' word of the folders.
Dashboard doesn't actually work unless I switch to viewing the site from 'desktop' mode
Which I only do to change avatar icons ๐

I browse forum as Guest (without logging in). One of my tab on phone/tablet is open on Dashboard page and I simply click Recent Posts link from there. I don't have a need to check notification nor messages. I'm a ghost Advantage: in one loading time, on one single page, I can skim through all main new post. I follow the conversation by looking at their subject, if needed, I'll open the thread in new tab or login to reply. Inconvenient: I'd prefer to have a possibility to refine even more sub-forum but can't find a way. I also cannot avoid spoilers if member do not use spoiler tag. So when it's close to update day, I prefer staying away from reading forum. I also hate it when a new post is very long (like guide ),it takes me longer to scroll through new posts.

Fascinating, Frog. I haven't tried Guest mode yet. If I'm following a specific thread, how will Guest Mode tell me I read some of the posts already?

Fascinating, Frog. I haven't tried Guest mode yet. If I'm following a specific thread, how will Guest Mode tell me I read some of the posts already? Me inner voice will recognize if I read the same post again after few first words. I also can see the most recent post first so I read backwards till I find a post I remember. Anyway, I skim and read very fast if the topic does not interest me. I don't see an issue of rereading a post ? Does current member mode prevent you from reading a post you already read? Maybe I didn't understand your question well. Please enlighten me.

Member mode allows the Particpated Tab to alert me by displaying New when there are responses to threads I posted in.

Member mode allows the Particpated Tab to alert me by displaying New when there are responses to threads I posted in. Ah that one. Not a function I use. And in case of new post, by reading new posts, I'll see it right away. It's not like I read posts once per year nor that we have hundreds of post per day.

I have the recently updated threads link saved on my ipad so I can see all of the threads that have been commented on since my last visit. I never look at the dashboard or home page.

I am wondering how we would be able to see who is viewing these posts since they would be on the homepage or even in the threads since there are a lot of threads going on right now.

I view the forum from the home page. Only go to the Dashboard to see the twitter posts, because I do not have a Twitter account.
