Hi,
I love to play Hayday on my computer. I use Bluestacks to be able to run the Hayday-app. This weekend an update of Hayday was required. Of course I installed the update, but unfortunately Hayday will not start anymore. As a solution I used NoxPlayer to run Hayday. Also in this emulator HayDay was updated, but the same issue appeard: Just a black screen, and no Hayday.
Any suggestions how to solve this?

Hi spoetnik Welcome to JHD. 🙂 To answer your question...no, I have no solution except to stop playing HayDay on your PC with the "help" on an emulator. I don't know whether you know the Terms Of Service. They forbid apart from other things the use of an emulator. Your farm can be banned for that reason. Keep it in mind! supercell.com/en/terms-of-service/

Sadly for you, your journey with Hay Day has concluded if you must use a PC to play instead of a phone or tablet. Here's why. As we may know, Supercell has intended their games to be played on a phone or a tablet and they don't support other devices. Moreover, Supercell's TOS specifically states Blue Stacks isn't supported for their games. Some resourceful players like you discovered they may download a third party program to play Supercell games on a non supported device. Supercell has ignored this type of game play until recently when players playing Clash of Clans complained on the CoC Reddit they weren't able to play it after a recent update a few months ago. And the CoC Community Manager confirmed the new update contains code which doesn't allow players to use emulators to play CoC on their PC's. IIRC, some players revealed they are visually impaired and need the PC to play CoC. Sadly for them, Supercell is unmoved by their arguments and CoC is still unplayable on a PC. I'm speculating Team Hay Day has added code in the latest update to prevent game play on a PC. EDIT: Have corrected multiple, atrocious Freudian slips. Got plenty of beauty sleep last night but may need another cup of strong tea. ;-)

lynnk2021 Thx for your detailed explanation. I knew about forbidden Third-Party Software in TOS but wasn't aware about further in-depth informations regarding a possible cause for this. 🙂👍
