I don't check Twitter daily, but I do look at the Dashboard regularly to see Hay Day's daily tweets. Today Team HD have asked the following which I'll quote verbatim for those who don't use Twitter.
Here's my topic sentence: Team Hay Day should banish Supercell Automated Support (SAS) to the gates of hell from whence it came because SAS is so asinine, atrocious, and awful that I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to use it under any circumstances, IMO!
Sadly for us players, it wasn't always like this. When I started playing Supercell games in 2013, I talked to live support agents on multiple occasions and they resolved my issues promptly. This ended around 2018 when many players included me were relegated to the dreaded SAS.
Team HD, please note the lack of smilies in my post in case you're thinking I was using irony to attempt humor. I'm writing in earnest about wishing Supercell would banish Supercell Automated Support to the gates of hell from whence it came because SAS is so asinine, atrocious, and awful that I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to use it under any circumstances, IMO!

Since 2018, SC added 2-3 new games to thier portfolio?
I really can't see how they could offer a support system that does not utilize a automated system at the ground level to weed out the non support issue complaints. With 10's of millions of players daily the wait times for valid support tickets would be extremely long.

lynnk2021 FullAck! I also remember times when I "spoke" with a real person in support who could help me. Since the time the automatized system was implemented I refuse to ask any questions for help or whatsoever. The current support is unacceptable and way beyond something what could be a reputation for SC. I don't know their thoughts about this issue. They have to know how many complaints occured due to this feature. Sometimes I'm thinking it would be better to cease the so called "support" completely. That's better than non-existing help. Other possibility, they're ignoring this by closing their ears and their eyes. Not very user-friendly.

With 10's of millions of players daily the wait times for valid support tickets would be extremely long. You've made a good point. Let me refresh my memory on the games Supercell released since 2018. Brawlstars was released in beta in June 2017; global release in December 2018. Rushwars: beta in August 2019; killed in November 2019 so no global release, sadly Hay Day Pop: beta in March 2020; killed in November 2021 so no global release, sadly Clash Quest: beta in April 2021; still in development Clash Mini: beta in April 2021; still in development Everdale: beta in August 2021; still in development From the above data, we can see that since 2018, players from one live game and 5 beta games had access to Player Support. I wonder if some or all of them were relegated to the asinine, atrocious, and awful Supercell Automated Support. <shudder> Looking back on my history with Supercell games, I'm grateful I interacted with live agents when I started playing Clash of Clans and Hay Day. If I had started my journey with them after 2018, I would've cease playing them after a few interactions with Supercell Automated Support. If Clash Quest, Clash Mini, and Everdale survive beta and get global launches, I will judge them by how fun they are and how Supercell Support responds to my reports of bugs and glitches. I won't be as tolerant of them as I'm with Clash of Clans and Hay Day. Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercell_(video_game_company)
