I'm tempted, but I'm not sure whether this deco will "remain" as long SC didn't get the bugs fixed. To be honest I'm anxious to buy something at that time.

I was taking a break and I really wanted to buy the tulips (cat purchase went through somehow). Even though the game is extremely unstable, I took a risk. After 4 attempts to buy tulips, it said "purchase is successful" on the 5th attempt, but no tulips received, and my bank immediately called me to inform "suspected activity". Better to wait - in my other farm, worse in terms of stability (can hardly access the game + "diamond" store is hardly accessible). - I will report under bug during another break.

I have to state...under the current circumstances it's not a good idea from SC to offer those things. I understand they want to let the "cash flow" but a priority to fix all ongoing bugs would be a better way to regain lost confidence. Don't misunderstand me, I love the game, still....who does not? But sometimes I think SC has lost the sense for things which real matter at the moment.

I agree with you Donkeyfan. I like the flowers and if I purchase anything it would be those but not yet…… Edit: my husband just purchased the flowers and it all went through correctly. They do look nice too.🌷🌷

I have to state...under the current circumstances it's not a good idea from SC to offer those things. I understand they want to let the "cash flow" but a priority to fix all ongoing bugs would be a better way to regain lost confidence. Don't misunderstand me, I love the game, still....who does not? But sometimes I think SC has lost the sense for things which real matter at the moment. These offers are usually programmed in to appear on a set date and time, so are unlikely to have diverted members of the team from working on fixes. The offer is available for another 6 days, so there's no need for anyone to rush to buy them immediately.

Cowslips THX for clearing this. I was a little bit irritated, as some offer attracted me. But my farm is affected in every bug since the update occurred. Insofar I'm a little bit anxious and reluctant.

Yes, I do agree with donkeyfan and 🌼GymGirl🌺 . That there are bugs is completely fine for me as it happens, and that offering deco to get money when almost nothing is fixed is a wrong or irrational decision especially knowing that there is no customer support anymore when the purchase does not go through (now dealing with it = Apple sends me to Supercell for the money that has been charged 4 times for nothing and Supercell has no support at all = hope you see). All of us love the game and this is not the issue. Mentioning the problems and asking for improvement is good and necessary, as it is the problems that will lead to improvements provided that to who the problems are addressed is willing to consider them. Simple working life dynamics. When someone criticises something (e.g, an aspect in a game which is just game of pixels), it must be welcomed, heard, and considered. Blindly accepting problems ignoring them (for example, again in a game), is not good for anything, and it does not lead to improvement. Instead of offering deco and working with it (irrational), I would surely expect that they would focus on fixing the problems. They could take anytime, days, weeks, it does not matter = just to fix them, and make a smoothly running game. This is my approach.

Uh oh, the above scenario is disturbingly similar to a past incident in which a player went back and forth between Google and Supercell Player Support, trying to get a refund for buying and not getting a decoration. IIRC, the logjam was resolved when Supercell staff investigated and intervened on behalf of the aggrieved player.

Thanks for the info lynnk2021 as I did not know that Google has a similar tendency as Apple with regard to in-app purchases. If my memory is correct, it happened 4 times. One time SC support figured it out and I got the deco (or farm pass - I do not remember), one time no one could help as SC could not figure out for which farm the purchase was made (I was buying deco + farm pass for most of my farms then, and they had to figure out the Apple receipt was exactly for which farm, which took too long time and I let it go). The last 2 times no one could help as SC support does not exist unfortunately, and Apple process takes time (appeal to "no refund"decision etc.) so I let it go, and I will let this one go. Hope the process in case of such a problem is simplified in the future.
