First of all, I'd like to congratulate Eino on his promotion to Lead of all game development at Supercell. For those who don't play Clash of Clans, Eino was its Game Lead since 2017 and often appeared with CoC Community Manager Darian in developer update videos. When a Redditor asked why Eino hasn't appeared in recent videos, Sensei Darian shared the following wonderful news.
Some of you may be wondering what does this have to do with Hay Day? Were I the Game Lead for Hay Day and had seen the issues which arose after the recent Spring update, issues which are entertaining and not so entertaining to us players, I would consider asking Eino for additional resources. Perhaps adding another tester to Team Hay Day might mitigate the update bugs?
I hope I don't need to remind everyone what Supercell's CEO blogged publicly a few months ago: Supercell has evolved from working in small teams to growing responsibly for live games. In other words, Hay Day is a live game and isn't in beta like Everdale.

EDIT: While he was the CoC Game Lead, Eino gave a brilliant presentation to his fellow developers, explaining CoC's renaissance. Here's the video "Clash of Clans: Bigger, Better Battle Pass" published by Supercell on April 20, 2020.

Eino has ascended into a luminous entity of pure light and emotion. As such, he's now the lead of all game development at Supercell. Each game team still has their own leads, but Eino's job is to make sure all the game leads have all the resources they need as well as removing any obstacles the leads may be facing.
I've worked in the game industry since 2006. I can probably say since 1996 when I did some freelance work for another game studio long before I entered the industry. Out of all the game studios I've been at, Eino's leadership style is one of the most inspirational and should be the gold standard of how a team should be managed. I don't say this to brown nose our leadership team. I'm just being very candid about how much fun it's been to work with him and have him in our videos. He might pop in once in a while and say hi, but we'll hopefully share information on the new CoC lead later. Our new lead has been Eino's right hand person for many years and has been one of the primary drivers behind many of the game's updates. So don't worry, Clash is still in very good hands.
