This is a place holder for post to summarize all available info regarding December 2023 Event: Gift Wrapping Station for Boat delivery.
Data published will be verified in game by Just Hay Day team once the event goes live, to take into account any last minute or live changes.
To avoid confusion, unverified data (compilation from other souces, coud also be speculation) will have light orange as background color as below:
Every boat that comes to your farm during the event will ask for gifts (in replacement of one of the 3 items). You can flag such crates for help and fill other's crate. Filling a gift crate will reward you with Coins and Holly (instead of Coin and XP).
Turn gift into Holly:
Holly is the new currency of this seasonal event. You can use Holly in the Gift Catalogue to exchange for items such as: seasonal deco, puzzle piece, expansion permit, blueprint, boosters, chick voucher, voucher, expansion material, tools, coins...
You get Holly by filling boat crates (on any farm) asking for gift(s) that you previously made from Gift Wrapping Station. Gift cannot be sold in RSS, nor requested through Tom nor donated by neighbors. In other words, Holly is not transferable between farms.
Boat Booster can fill gift crate but in this case you will not get any Holly. Be advised if you activate such booster.

- 2 free slots. Additional slots for 20 / 32 / 44 / 56 / 68 / 80 / 92. Total 392 diamonds to unlock slot #3 to #9.

* : To earn Mastery bonus, the boat crate must be from the farm that has earned Mastery star on the Gift Wrapping Station.

For Round gift:
From around level 25 to around level 80: 1 per crate (4 crates) or 2 per crate (3 crates)
Starting around level 80, always 2 per crate.
For Red Gift:
The higher level, the higher amount, starting at 1 per crate then at the maximum: 1 per crate (4 crates) or 2 per crate (3 crates)
For Yellow gift and Choo choo gift:
It is most likey to be 1 per crate maximum, all level.
Im some very high level (> 300), 2 per crate (3 crates) has been observed.
Gift catalogue during event:
Every week, new rewards will be unlocked and the previous rewards will no longer be available.
When you order an item from the Gift catalogue, it will be delivered by Alfred first before you can see it in your farm storage. So, make sure you do not have package waiting in front of your house. Otherwise, Alfred the mailman won't come.
Reward Collection Catalogue 1 opens on Sunday, December 10 at 8 a.m. UTC, leaving on Sunday, December 17 at 8 a.m. UTC.

End of Boat event/ Gift Wrapping Machine:
Boat Event (where boat asks for gift) ended on 21st December at 9am UTC (1 hour later than normal event time).
During 21st December, after boat event has ended, Gift Wrapping Station stopped working. New gift can no longer be queued. Left over gift in barn can still be used to fill boat that still requires gift. When the machine is removed from the farm, the number of gift in barn will be reset as zero (0).
Holiday Task event:
A new event, Holiday Task Event has started on 20th December 2023 8AM UTC and ends on 1st January 2024 8AM UTC. A total of 4900 Holly (100 - 300 - 600 - 1000 - 1300 - 1600) can be earned from this Holiday Task Event.
Holly previously earned from boat and during Holiday Task Event can be used on Gift Catalogue. Gift Catalogue is available until 3rd January 2024 at 8am UTC. After this time, leftover Holly will be converted into coins.
