I delivered 3 giraffes in the valley... but now I can't do anything... not collect tokens, nor even leave the pen. I have tried the usual things like backing out of the valley, leaving the game totally, visiting Greg's farm to see if that would help, did a full restart on the tablet....
If this has happened to anyone else, I am anxious to hear your cure! Lol

I am not familiar with the issue - at least not yet! But as I read your note the only other thing I thought of that I don’t think you mentioned was restarting your device. Please let us know when this is resolved, or not, and what helped.

kathy said she had done a full restart of her tablet so think thats her device
to the problem i have no other solution havent encountered this myself hope solves with todays maintenance

emailkathy, perhaps it's time to try the last resort. Have you attached your game to Supercell ID? Do you remember the email address you used? Are you able to access the email account?
If yes to all three questions, then I'd like to suggest you uninstall game and download game again. Good luck.

I was just about ready to do the big delete, reinstall and poof! It started working. So all is good now.... but man! It was scary! Lol 😆
