The event for today in the game is 2x XP for boat orders, but according to this (and as advertised in News in the game) it is meant to be 2x coins for truck orders. And I don't think this is the first time the published events have differed from the in-game events in recent weeks. Or am I getting confused?

The event board is indeed showing the stated event for Sunday rather than today. Is anyone getting 2XP for boats today? |
