I purchased the farm pass this morning and I still don't have it fourteen hours later. I sent in two reports with the receipt and it just says we will contact you. I consistently have a problem with farm pass but it gets resolved quickly, but this time nothing.

Last time I has that issue it was a case of repeating the order number and date stamp back to them via the new terrible automated system.
Another family member had an issue on a different app game couple days ago but still through Google pay
(WiFi dropped out at just the wrong time.)
I emailed that company and this was the advice they gave;
Click on the offer again as if you where going to buy but don't complete
Then restart the app, possibly phone too.
It took 2 tries of clicking on it and clicking back and it was actually impossible to complete again as it came up with an error message saying "already owned" or something like that and then the purchase appeared in their inventory.

I tried everything, but it's a no go. I finally had to get a refund from Google Play. Does anyone play on a lap top? I was thinking of try to get the pass through there since my internet is more stable there.

I'm pleased to hear that you finally got this sorted out, but please be aware that you run a risk of losing your farm by playing on a laptop. Supercell games are designed to be played on a hand-held device. To play on a laptop requires the use of an emulator. Using an emulator is a breach of Supercell's Terms of Service. That is detailed in section 1.1 of the ToS, which says: "You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
...Use or take part (directly or indirectly) in the use of cheats, exploits, automation software, emulators, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Supercell game or any Supercell game experience".

WOW, I didn't even know what that was. Well, I'm almost eighty so that will tell you a lot. I prefer playing on my phone but there are tons of issues with the game on my phone. I'm a rule follower so I won't play on my lap top any more. Thanks for the info. Sad but wiser.
