I can’t believe it, my paper hardly offers wood planks today. Is it just my paper? I’m glad I banked planks for my next silo upgrade. 😀wonder what the next “rare” item will be.

Don't rejoice too soon. I also thought for one moment wood panels were decreasing in the DD. But that was only imagination, believe me. It's annoying as it ever was, sadly. |

I think it's because of the crop event. Of course I hardly ever see planks, mainly panels.

I have noticed the last couple of days the adds for panels are reduced in quantity, but also when opening the adds, the panels are actually sold, not just sitting there available to purchase.

I am still getting panels. And lots of nails. Planks are still rare. I wish I got nails lol. No one in our neighborhood gets tapes or nails... we get so excited when we hind them that you would think we found the fountain of youth! Of course maybe just the playing of Hayday IS the secret 🤔 |

I also feel that the silo wood panels abundance has reduced and returned to more normal proportions.
I certainly don’t see as many ads for them and when I do they’re sold more often and I don’t see them in friends shops that much anymore either.

The wood panels are rare in the moment. Nothing in the DD and friends don't offer them either. Actually I'm lacking of those, incredible.... Despite of that fact I don't complain, I'm only stating a fact. In addition I'm not in a hurry to gather them as I have plenty of space. It's weird, either we get overwhelmed with some special items or we gonna miss them completely. That could be balanced better by SC in my opinion. But I think it's on purpose to keep us busy.  |

I get nails and stakes out the wazoo! I'm lucky with tape as a team member gets them over the top lol. We swap out a lot. |

This is exactly why our neighborhood works together on expansions, sharing items and taking turns upgrading. Working together we can upgrade a barn, silo, or land plot in one or two days (because of the 80 item limit) on lower level farms or three or four days on our upper level farmers. Teamwork is the answer to upgrading. You may not get a lot of nails or planks but when everyone pitches in what they get and find it adds up quickly.

I agree, I play solo, have multiple baby farms, for me trading on daily and weekly basis with my trading partners is key. I have the items they want, and they got what I need. Didn’t take me long to find some good trading partners. 😉 |
