I bought the offer of 275 diamonds and the snow cannon for $9.99 and immediately received the diamonds but I can’t find the snow cannon anywhere. I assumed it would be in the seasonal stuff, or in stored items but didn’t find it so looked in each category. It’s just not there. I’ve been playing over 5 years and this has never happened before, items I buy come in right away. Do I keep waiting or contact help and support?

I'd go ahead and contact Support. In the meantime, someone else who purchased it might remember where it was located so you could take a second look. If someone has it on display and can put it back in storage to see where it ended up might also help. Good luck.

Besides that it should be in the decorations tab, you also get a notification as you can see in the picture, the 1 and the 🔴 with the star in it. If you buy 2 or 3 items from a diamond/deco package the number is corresponding with the number of items that you bought.

Thanks everyone. I contacted help and support this morning, sent a screen shot of my Apple receipt and they sent me my missing snow cannon😁

I have 2... on 1 farm lol. I thought I was putting 1 on each farm and forgot I already had one for my baby farm. So I had to get a 3rd in order to have one for my big farm lol. I am rich in snow machines! I love them! 😁 |
