New event just started, two days to reach the 6 500 000 boats needed to get the 10 diamonds. I am not interested in the diamonds, but would love to know the thresholds and their rewards.
work vs the payoff ain’t gonna do it this time for me, unless there are chick vouchers along the rewards line. 😉

Boat evening currently going on - thresholds: - 1st threshold = 1 boat (3 TNT). - 2nd threshold = 3 boats (3 blue vouchers). - 3rd threshold / global threshold = 5 boats (4 pickaxes). - 4th threshold = 9 boats (5 pickaxes). - 5th threshold = 12 boats (7 axes). Attachments:

For the first time in all my time playing, I have decided not to participate in this event...for two reasons....First, after the truck event, my supplies are low, and secondly, no Halloween decoration at the end, I can pass on the 10 diamonds IF the global goal is even reached.

I may have had a boat time out on me for the first time this morning. (It’s the only think I can think of, but I didn’t think it was that close.)
It came last night. I lined up the crops it wanted, filled some products with one crate set to help so I didn’t empty my supply again, harvested and prepped more this morning. I had a couple things marked for help that I was going to come back for but thought someone might see it and I could send it more quickly.
When I came back to finish it, it was gone. I was miffed.

Then I see that the reward is diamonds. That’s okay, I usually try to earn diamonds wherever I can.
But then I see the threshold rewards are things I don’t really need right now and don’t have barn space to hold. It makes it kind of pointless and I think I’m just going back to doing boats for puzzle pieces or scrolls if they do that one again. No more of this back to back stuff for me.

Why did they decide to do two global events back to back, anyway? Does this often happen but I just never noticed? Even the last Halloween truck one would have been absolutely impossible for me if I were in the derby this week, too.

Sorry if I sound grumpy. Guess I am, lol. Too much going on r. now in too many ways and I don’t feel like I can do it all, so I turn into GrumpyCat. 😂

ducktown2021 Yes, I confirm that I got no chick vouchers & definitely agree with that wish the reward would be thick vouchers. It is an event that one can skip I think. For me: I need vouchers as I realized that I spent quite a lot vouchers for white lilies & hoped to get some gold + purple vouchers. Also, I generally try to do boats (depending on what the boat is asking) so it was OK for me. But I wish I could have done it without stressing (I just couldn't predict how long I would work today and will work tomorrow).

Perhaps and hopefully, Supercell will hear us out and make improvements. Accordingly, we will love the game more 😊 I definitely agree with you on all the points. Two events in a row is way too much and the reward for this event is not feasible following the truck event. I really wish we get some events for the permits that have been disappeared (we had only once after a very long time). I am tired of trying to make food constantly and trying to fit them in the barn with this disproportional 50 space increase. And now a new machine, and new products... I just don't get it. I really wish that Supercell will make changes that will lead to a proportional balance & the poor neglected town will be subject of an update (not only introducing sanctuary animal, but a substantial update: new land, new building etc.). 🌿 |

As of now, it looks like many players are ignoring the boat event. Possibly for many of the reasons already mentioned.
Our NH did 3 1/2 truck tasks for the Blossom derby and 2 1/2 boat tasks. The 1/2 was because of an Orders Tasks. That pretty much emptied a good bit of supplies. We are all still recovering from the Truck Event.
I’m wondering if the 2 global events came back to back because of when Halloween actually is, or maybe they have some really great things for us to look forward to next week.

I am not attempting the boat event either. If I have boats I can do and want to do I will do them but that is it this time. I usually try and participate in global events but two back to back is a bit much.

Glad to hear the max boats we need to do isn't a high number. I really don't care for a diamond reward either.
