I occasionally see farms with multiples of the same permit plot deco, in particular red and white lilies. How do people get those?

In addition to opening plots for these decos, the lilies can also be purchased in the shop (white lilies for 2 gold, 4 purple vouchers and the red for 5 diamonds). They are under the "Nature" tab. |

Yes, that’s my understanding also. I check when there is a new season and buy additional ones if I feel so. They are gone before you know it and you will have to wait another year. |

+1 to confirm: Red lilies (5 diamond) and white lilies (vouchers) are available only during Halloween time. If you like them, this is the chance (you can find them also under "Seasonal").
I like them a lot = got as much as my budget + vouchers allowed.
