Hi all. Ever since cotton candy was introduced, I haven't moved any because of lack of demand. Nobody wants it: townies, truck or boat orders. Good thing there's no "best before" dates on these. Anybody else have this issue?

Hi @horkster, yes, I can confirm this. Same issue. Perhaps it's supposed to be a product for the future? But than I wonder why it's introduced yet? So it's only a speculation.

I’m ok with that. It takes too much sugar!

Sometimes a town visitor will ask for it. For me a great way to get rid of the white sugar.

I try to keep 30 sugar (brown and white) stored. That suffices. Sometimes I wonder how quick my stock of sugar is diminishing.

And most of the time the elder people making sugar at night. so when you are short, just PM me. 😉

I find not much moves on quite a few of the machines including the Candy Machine, Wok Kitchen, Pasta Kitchen, Fondue Pot, Taco Kitchen and Deep Fryer.

Ah, ok, that explains everything. Only one sugar machines has 9 slots, the other 6. I was considering to expand the second machine to 9 slots, too. But I realized that 15 slots are enough.

I usually only keep 5 units in stock on most of these machines, except candy which I'll keep more of the items which take longer to produce. I mostly do town orders, with occasional boat and truck orders and it seems to work for me.

Yes, same here = rarely asked by townies & boats. Totally OK for me = less product (many products, ridiculously little expansion - 50 in the barn for high levels, hard for me to keep up).

Same thing with the flower pendant. Not a high in demand item either.

There are several products that just sit in the barn. I keep 5 of them. Not sure why some things are demanded in both volume and regularity and others just sit. But it's okay with me smiles. I just ignore making them and concentrate on the stuff in constant high demand. One thing that bothers me is a townie asking for 40 tomatoes or strawberries, etc. That wipes me out until I can get stock built back up. I've begun to send these townies on their way and that has helped a lot. Truck orders I do if the value is worthwhile, some are lowball offers and get trashed. For me the total of coin and experience must equal or exceed that of shop orders. Boats, I only do when I have no choice, example.. farm pass or derby. The return is just not worth the time it takes to produce the merchandise. I am a regular task trasher and doing so has made the game much more enjoyable.
