I purchased the farm pass twelve hours ago and I still haven not gotten it. I filled out the "I didn't get my purchase" form at least ten times. When I get to attach the receipt it freezes and stops. I'm not very savey about this stuff and just don't know where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.
