Is there any way to block a person? We kicked a person several months ago for inappropriate behavior. Every week he asks to rejoin. It's getting annoying!

Unless that person withdraws it’s request and asks again, but I think indeed it is only the notification that pops up. |

One has requested to join both my main hood, and my tiny one. I can see no way of withdrawing those requests. If I try to request again a message shows, saying "You already requested to join this neighbourhood". I hope this helps. |

If he's a lower level player, you can set the level required to above his level.
If you're not seeking new members you could leave it above his level for 2/3 months until he gives up trying.
