ducktown2021 Thanks for reminding me to consider friendly farms. I usually know where my friends are.  vjYou're right. Normally I use a new booster for a switch, but it wasn't possible this time because this booster was the odd one out. As far as I remember only the booster from the valley doesn't count to the booster in stock. Besides it was one I really didn't need. Insofar it was a kind of satisfaction to trash it.

Dear farmer, I don't know how you're feeling about this special matter but I must confess that I'm bored the last time from the game. I don't know why this occurs yet but I think it's a matter of routine, nothing new, always the same things to do. Funny, I'm always the one who is optimistic, tries to encourage other farmers when they are annoyed or sad about some things, and now it's me. Neighbours who know me well might have noticed that I rarely offer products in my RSS. The town, which is my favorite place in the game has also become neclected. I'm feeding my animals only once a day, normally I used to do that twice. Valley is done, nothing to mention special about it. As you know, I'm not a fan of it and always glad to leave it. So, what's left? Perhaps I'm supposed to take a break until Halloween appears. I don't know.. Sorry for whining and complaining, I felt to write it down....  |

Take a break from the game. If you mis it you will pick up your device and start playing again.
Set yourselves a goal that you want to reach, that might give you some game satisfaction. For me trading and helping friends gives me a good feeling. 😉

You might consider “merge gardens” game. I like it much and there is also “nature” involved. It’s a merge/3 in a row game, with a different flavor to the normals ones like candy crush.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way, Donkeyfan. As others have suggested, a break might help. It's good that you can abandon your farm for a while without having a bad effect on it. Nothing dies in Hay Day, and crops don't shrivel if left unattended. In similar circumstances some players have enjoyed taking the "Scorched earth challenge". It's not something I've done; perhaps another member can explain it (or do we have a thread on it somewhere?) Please continue to talk with us if you decide to take a break from the game. We'd miss you! |

Dear farmer, thank you very much for your contribution. It's very touching for me. And please don't worry, the fact that I'm taking a break from the game doesn't mean that I'm pausing with the forum. I couldn't stand that.  vjI didn't forgot the raid. I'm on it. Sorry, ducktown2021, you have still to be careful. ducktown2021 I installed the recommended game. Looking how it works yet. With the scorched earth challenge basically let’s you start the game all over. All you have in stock you sell first, including all your coins. I believe you need to earn 1000000 coins again from scratch.

Hi ducktown2021, I found a vid explaining it. Very interesting and challenging, indeed. If you do it right, it's really a start from scratch, as described. Whoa, that's not easy to decide. You have to separate from everything except a minimum left. No tree is allowed to yield fruit, they must be dead. However, no bad idea for 🎃 Halloween. It's also to consider that a new setup could be refreshing and liberating. Honestly? I don't know whetherI could do that. It takes a lot of courage in my opinion. I think I fail with that. Has anyone ever tried this? I mean, here, in the forum? I'd like to hear about those experiences. |

I did it long time ago when it was introduced at the SC HD forum. It was fun if your not attached to all the things you already have. I got more joy from starting a babyfarm, that one is supporting me in a lot of ways. And after that the next babyfarm came.
If you’re stuck on your main farm you can upgrade your baby (if you have time for that). I have 5 farms, but two of them are neglected for the time being.

I’m still saving coins and need more than 1,000,000. I think the latest machine is 850,000? So it’s not far off from that. My question would be how do people make all the product needed to sell to get those coins, if all the trees and bushes are dead? Do you like, sell $1,000,000.00 of popcorn and rustic bouquets, or something? |

Just that you’d really need to want to try. Exactly, that's the question I have to deal with. On the one hand it seems to be interesting, fascinating. I would consider it as a test for myself, not easy to handle and way difficult to decide whether I'm willing to go through it. As you wrote, it will take a long time to refill everything. On the other side it might be refreshing, that's an effect not to underestimate. And to stand this would be a great satisfaction, too. But I think I'm not ready for this, not yet. It's not far until Halloween will be developed and I don't want to deal with a situation suffering a short supply of any products. I would be really annoyed if I miss something crucial for Halloween 🎃 deco in order to an emotional decision. But I keep that in mind, I find it interesting, though. For the moment I think it suffices when I take a break for some days. If the coming farmpass includes a custom deco for Kois or/and a beautiful Halloween deco I will formerly end my break. |

WOF... My main farm got after weeks 1 track, but guess what I got? A booster. Yeah! I have so many boosters that I can't count them. So what did I do? Delete! Donkeyfan, I’ve got more boosters than I know what to do with but I keep the ones I don’t want so I can swap for ones I do want I do the same VJ. but a lot of the time I don’t think to use them🤣 when I could have used them. I swap the ones I want to keep with the Rosie and Ernie ones. I do wish I could give them to my husband who does use them. |

I used to always derby but now it is different. There are usually only two of us in the derby and we decide each week if we are going to participate. Years of always doing it - that no longer happens. We don’t like blossom or mystery derbies so we have a week off. When I come back everything is still there.

I really only use boat or fish boosters if there is a global event. I have more free Toms than I could ever use, I would happily use them for other people if they need things. |

After years of competition and remaining in CL it got to be too frustrating to worry about not taking derby off, for fear of being demoted. So, after consulting with my teammates, we agreed to only do derby if we choose to regardless of demotion. It's because of this I'm more relaxed with my farming now. As a leader, I only require everyone helps each other. It's become so nice to take time away from derbies. We usually stick with chill, power, and occasionally bingo. However nobody did this past derby. The rewards aren't even worth the effort anymore. You might get a deco worth having... Might. But chances are it's BEMs/SEMs and useless products. I have tons of mining supplies so those are wasted too. donkeyfan I think once the Halloween decorations are offered you will be inspired to play more. If you're in a slump, take the time off from game. It's just pixels. No real animals or plants. They'll all still be there when you're ready to return. 🙂👍 |

My baby farm is the leader of our nh but only so that the rest of us can visit our old nh from time to time and find our way back. Our husbands are still in the old one as well as friends. We started to new one to concentrate on getting some decor. 😂😂. It is definitely easier not to worry about the leagues. Usually only two of us derby, my baby farm doesn’t so it is very relaxed and easy. |

I do use the elder persons booster once I completed the derby and have at least three days left till end of derby week. They give me extra storage and continue to make products I need a lot. They work 24/7.
To store additional booster would cost me 500 diamonds. 😂

Normally I'm unable to stay away from HayDay for a longer time, but it's odd, I can manage it. So I took the occasion to take a ride with my bike. When I'm back home I feel free and relaxed, it's a beautiful emotion.
I have received so much encouragement from so many of you that it has gladdened my heart. Be assured, I appreciate it very much. I can only repeat how glad I am to be part of this fantastic forum. Some wrote me that they appreciate what I have done for the forum, but conversely it's the same, you were the reason why I feel so comfortable here.
