I would love to see a den added so that we have an option to make foxes disappear from the farm. There are way too many and they sometimes interfere when trying to click on an area where they are gathered. They have ponds for frogs...it seems like a simple solution.

That is a great idea, if I get any of the furry critters on my Farm it can take hours to get them out

Either this solution or let them disappear for good.

Hmmm, donโt know what a โdenโ is, but I like the foxes. Also like the white polar one on Gregโs farm in his sanctuary.

They appear randomly on my farm, often in places far from the roadside like this one that seems to like the new chair deco ๐
I agree a moveable den to scoop them up (or indeed attract new ones) the same way you can attract/scoop frogs with a pond would be helpful

Personally, I would like to be able to switch foxes off on my farm.
I know some farmers like them, but I find them supremely annoying. Hence, the option to keep them off my farm permanently.

Well, a few I don't mind. But when they get into the hundreds and at times over a thousand it is bothersome. My foxes are not many. I have about 10 thankfully, but frogs are multiplying constantly. They avoid the ponds and live in my animals feed bowls. Oy!

Dear ๐ป Farmgirl ๐ฉโ๐พ, it's possible but it takes time to get rid of them for good. It's working with the farm layout. Do you you know how to use it? If not, tell me and I'll explain it to you. But not today because it's late for me and time to go to bed. But if you need some help I'll write tomorrow a guidance how to remove the foxes. As far as I can remember this topic was already discussed in the old Supercell Forum. A user named annabel had at that time the ultimate solution. I tried it for myself and it worked. I don't know how to find this old thread, I didn't bookmarked it, sadly. But I know how to proceed. ๐

If the foxes spread only at one corner at the left top side near the shore it's not difficult to remove them. You have to clear the path for the foxes along the shore till the street completely. But if it happened that the foxes have spread over the whole farm or in several areas from the farm it becomes more laborious. My sister-in-law also had some time ago problems with the foxes. We failed to remove them. Today I took a look on her farm and was surprised to see no fox. Appearently they vanished. I have no explanation for this because she had plenty of them. I'll take another look tomorrow.

@all and for ๐ป Farmgirl ๐ฉโ๐พ in particular... An abbreviated version of a tutorial to get rid of the foxes: 1.) be patient and make sure to have some time for this 2.) save your actual play status in the HayDay l ayout feature 3.) copy your farm status in the second layout window, mark it active and use the "edit" mode 4.) remove every obstacle (machine, trees, deco and so on) along the shore line till the street 5.) skip in "play" mode and place the machines wherever you want, it doesn't matter, main thing is the foxes have a cleared path 6.) now appears the part where you have to be patient, tap on the foxes and wait, they will move towards the street, but it takes some time 7.) if you want to support your effort put an obstacle (bushes, trees, deco) BEHIND the foxes so that they are unable to move back 8.) if all foxes have been vanished, skip to the other layout window, your farm will be as before, because you saved it in the first place Enjoy! Note: I did this a long time ago, and since then I had no trouble with the foxes again. So this should last.

greenleafDue to your frog "trouble" I took a look on your farm to get an impression. I think I know what the reason may be. Frogs don't like obstacles to a pond. Some of them accumulated at the bunnies. Actually they could use the path to the greater pond on the left side, but they don't move. I have no clue for that behaviour, perhaps the way is too far. Next frog issue is under the waterfall. These frogs won't move because the way to the pond is blocked with yellow flowers and I think it's too far for them. I also sighted some frogs in the rapsberry bushes. Behind the bushes is the white wall, and a little pond. But the frogs can't walk through the wall to the pond, it's an unbreacheable obstacle as well. My suggestion for a solution, if you like it:To get rid of the frogs beneath the bunnies use a little pond and place it, where actually the bike is placed. Wait, until they jumped in it, perhaps you're lucky and they are vanished for good. To get rid of the frogs under the waterfall you have to place a little pond under the green tree. You could hide it there. Or, other possibility, removing the yellow flowers to the greater pond. But I think this wouldn't work because the way is too far. The frogs in the rapsberry bushes will vanish if you take one or two pieces from the white wall to clear the way to the little pond. But I don't know whether you like it. On my farm I also had to try some solutions, at first nothing worked. But I noticed my mistakes, there were obstacles, so that the frogs won't move. At least I took care of that matter and placed a little pond behind my farmhouse and behind my barn. You can't see them, but it's very effective. Problem is, your farm has a different composition. But perhaps my hints are able to help a little bit.

Hi greenleaf, I was curious and took again a look on your farm to see whether my hints were working. The frogs in the rapsberry bushes vanished, it seemed to be the right decision to open the white wall. Congrets, and it fits well. The other thing are the annoying frogs around the waterfall. They are obviously very persistent, not easy to get rid of them. I have a question concerning to this...did you place a little pond under the green broad leaf tree? I can't spot any, therefore I'm asking. I noticed you removed some yellow flowers towards the great pond on the left, but the frogs are ignoring that, sadly. The reason in my opinion is that the frogs prefer to have a direct path to a pond. The brown bench and the dry log are standing in the way. I can only imagine that frogs are not fond of being forced to walk around a corner to reach a pond. In that case the only solution would be to place a little pond under the tree, in case you haven't done this yet. This is a place easily reachable for the frogs, no obstacle and the pond in direct vicinity.

Yes I did place a small pond under the tree. The frogs moved to my tea and hot dog machines. They enjoy the fresh brewed tea! I have moved everything from waterfall pond. I have move it on top of the frogs and they appear to hop on top of the water back to land! ๐ little stinkers are very persistent! But so am i!!! ๐

greenleaf What have you done? Your frogs are gone.... I followed your great advice! I moved 3 ponds to the infestation and they jumped in! I have 3 left which I want to keep. When they produce more I will drag ponds up to them and lower the number again! Thank you for your help! My rabbits are very happy to be able to eat carrots in peace! ๐

@all This thread has become a little bit offtopic, because primary the foxes were the problem, not the frogs. But in my opinion it was ok, though. I think one or the other farmer will appreciate this, as foxes and frogs are inherent in the gameplay. Just in the moment I found a farm in my friendlist which had another "solution" to stop the foxes from unwanted interference. It's a farm I like very much. Sadly I have no possibility to help with the foxes.
