So this week I had taken a harvest task when I had a family emergency and had to run out. I knew I wouldn’t have time to finish but figured I’ve got that nifty redo button so no worries. Tapped that happy button when I got back on my expired task and finished the task. No points….nothing.
I think if the feature doesn’t work, they really should remove it until it’s fixed. One of my neighbors said it happened to her as well last pass and that it was a known thing. It sure gave me a false sense of security and lost me 10 diamonds because it was my 10th task.

Hi, unfortunately it is a known bug. If you contact support thru the game, let them know of the problem. Other players have reported being sent 10 diamonds to help make up for the extra task.
I thought that someone on this forum had reported they had a hoodmate that used the re-do feature and it worked. Hopefully the HD team is on the right track to a fix.

I'm astonished to read this because I thought this bug had been fixed finally by SC. Very annoying and frustrating that this isn't the case. I'm very sorry about this.
