We (my neighborhood) are having a problem with our valley trucks not moving. Is anyone else experiencing this?
We all did the update, restarted etc. We are scattered across the valley.
THanks in advance for any ideas!

I also did the additional update on all my farms. All trucks (at least mine) are moving, besides that all my own trucks were also way apart from the start of the season.

Hi emailkathy, no, I have no problems so far. Same for my babyfarm and my sister-in-law. I'm very sorry for your trouble with the valley. Before you restarted Hayday, did you clear the cache? Sorry, if you've already done this. Perhaps has another farmer a solution for you and your nh. Greetings, donkeyfan |

Dear farmer,
yesterday in the evening I had a situation:
I dealt with some shops in the valley and gathered 3 animals. Headed to sanctuary I realized that I had too little fuel. I needed 2 points to reach sanctuary, but I had only one. The next spin on the wheel required 200 sun points. Too much at that time. Every task was only connected with 1 or 2 points, not very engaging.
So I decided to leave HayDay. I saw that the 3 captured animals were gone. I was a little bit annoyed, only 1 point missing and then that. Next morning - today - I visited the valley again and spun the wheel for more points. The truck looks like almost missing 3 animals. But when I drove to sanctuary the missing animals appeared again, I was surprised. And happy. So I was able to get the max points after delivering the animals half an hour later.
I spoke with my sister-in-law because I wanted to know whether she had made similar experiences, but this wasn't the case. Did something like that ever occur to you? That animals vanished over night and next morning they appeared again?

Animals appear gone, but when I click on the truck, all of them are there. This has just started happening this valley season. |

No, never had a similar experience.
Hmmmm, maybe next time animals escape, I’ll try exiting the game for a bit of time, then going back in!
If that is a glitch, then it is a good glitch, and I hope SuperCell does not “fix” it! 😊

Regarding to my previous post I think that this is something comfortable to deal with. Yesterday I was convinced that the 3 animals were gone for ever. But the opposite was the case. That's great, good to know. I had a lack of experience because this situation never occurred to me in the past.

When I first noticed this, I thought they ALL escaped 😆, but like Xanadu, I tapped the truck and they all reappeared.

And yes, I can confirm this again. Yesterday evening the same situation and the way back to sanctuary was far. I captured 2 animals. Today in the morning - after breakfast - I visited the valley again, saw my truck and spun the wheel, and when I headed to sanctuary I captured the 3th animal and reached the sanctuary without loosing one. But this time I think I had luck. I suppose when this happens again something will occur, either the truck has a breakdown or the animals escape. |

If I get a weird thing in the valley - exit the task, clear it out of memory (android), reload and it works properly.

The truck missing animals glitch has been happening all season so far. There has also been instances where the animals on the road as well as other trucks just appear on the board after going into the valley. Luckily, everything seems to reset after a couple of seconds of being in the valley.
Now if they can just fix the issue of losing animals once you move 1 node after picking them up. That's way more frustrating than the truck breaking down. At least in my case, because I have multiple farms and keep all my trucks in the same vicinity so I can repair trucks as needed.

I had two animals in my truck. Both escaped, they showed up near my truck at the same spot. I didn’t make a screenshot of it. I went to that spot assuming that I could pick them both up. Unfortunately I could pick up one, the other one vanished. Strange glitch.
Luckily I have already all the rewards I want and enough tokens for the Iron Tower.

I'm done with the valley. At first, you know this is no complaint but only the declaration of a fact. Today I wanted to visit the valley a last time with the intention to gain another item if possible. But I visited only 1 or 2 Shops and than my truck had a break down..again. I didn't count it.  This was supposed to happen on my babyfarm too. Very often. I appreciated that animals escaped rarely but when your truck almost everytime sucks it's not amusing. So I decided to leave the valley for the remaining time, although I have enough fuel to visit some shops. But it's too annoying with those break downs. |

I barely caught any animals for this valley. The group collected over 1100 animals, but whenever I get the opportunity to log in another 20 animals had been collected by others. With none ever around me. Someone has been poaching my area! LOL
