Here we go! Trick or treat!
The time needed to make each treat is much shorter. That’s good news and bad news. The best news is that we no longer have to wait over an hour for some treats. The longest time is now 20 minutes. I’m hoping that the number of treats required to fill a crate on the boat isn’t too high. With the very short production times, I’ve already added two production slots, or I would have had to check in at least every 40 minutes to keep the machine running. So, bad news in the diamond-spending category.
Now I’m off to get serious about decorating so I can maybe enter the contest to have my farm displayed at Greg’s!

I pulled the Halloween treat maker out of storage only for my main farm and my biggest baby. It's nice, yes, but my third farm has no Halloween presented currently and my least farm has the Maggie deco style but not much else.
I relinquish doing boats for my smallest farms since boats aren't my fav anyway. In regard of the new deco which you can obtain the next time with hats...some is awesome, but not everything a "must-have" for me. So I am waiting patiently for the new deco to come and after that I decide what to buy. The current tools offered are not interesting for me, even the permits.
Due to this I won't force the event with filling boats, I am only doing the absolute necessary. I have no clue why I am in a restrained mood for Halloween this time. I don't feel like doing something about it. Tbh, my present deco on my main farm and my biggest baby is sufficient. I really don't need more, although the one or other deco is tempting.
Ok, we'll see what happens.

Used diamond for first mastery and 3 extra slots (total 5, like I did before). Seems like a good investment for me. One of the rare things in Hay Day I’m happy to spend diamonds on, and not feel ripped off. Mastery time needed for second star is 192h, don’t think I could even reach it within fist 2 weeks  . No Halloween theme yet. |

New observation:
My boat, which was on the way (1h ish left to arrive) at the time the Temp machine delivered (UTC 8), did not have its order changed to one of the temp candies.
Send it off, now next boat is announced with new temp product.
How many per boat:
Saw in DD a level 175 needing only 4x 1 of teeth candy (the first and easiest one to make). At such high level, if only 1 requires, big chances are that boat would only requires 1-2 max per crate, for each candy.

For the first time since Temporary machine concept, I do struggle to finding boat asking for temporary product for my own data collection. This can be exlained by players are much better informed in advance via inbox, in their own language, giving them enough time to prepare a stock of the ingredients needed for the candies. Furthermore, the production time is much lower compared to previous Temp Machine (could go from 20 to 45 minutes/ item) so farmer can manage with the free slots, reducing the need to ask for help. I absolutely love how the communication has improved this time (inbox, multiple language). It's pretty clear to me that many many more players are informed than before. Well done, Hay Day team.  Well, on the other hand, I think I'm gonna struggle to use those candies stock this time  . Curious to see how it develops in the next days, and during global boat event.  |

For me it’s pretty easy to keep up. With multiple babyfarms I have enough helps available on these farms to fill the candy crates. Got most of the items from the catalog that are available and I wanted already. Now collecting hats for the coming weeks. 😉
And I do find boats in the RSS that are flagged for help with candy crates, not that often, but they are around.

Finally got some data and guesses to share:
Item: Teeth / Worm / Skull/ Pumkin Treats
Halloween Hat: 10/ 10 / 25 / 35
Amount per boat:
- Under level 170 ish, all treats: 1 per crate (3x crate/ 4x crate)
- Some level after 170 ish and above, I started to see (at level 201 and level 600+):
if 4x crate: 1 per crate
if 3x crate: mix of 1 per crate and even 2 per crate (at the same farm, same item)

So I didn't checked the DD. I would be curious how many baby farms you use for flagging the candy crates. Only if you want to tell. Frog: Do you need the levels for your collection too? Unfortunately I was to busy to be online here yesterday. Otherwise I could have helped you. If you need the levels: Teeth - I don't know but as level 17 is required to participate in the event it must be the level for the first product Worms: I don't know.  Skul: level 35 pumpkin: level 50 IMO it is a little bit weird that the last treat is available for level 50 because you already have all products somewhere in the 40s |

Only if you want to tell. Between 3-6 babyfarms depending on how hard it is to get the special tokens needed for the things I want. I add or delete baby farms to my hood when applicable for me. Now it’s pretty easy event, have close to 20 candy items each type in stock. Baby’s produce raw products. Main makes candy only. |

I don't fill the ships completely, I am only doing the requested treats. After that I wait until the ship leaves on it's own. I also restrained this time from buying additional slots. Too expensive. I try to keep on with treats every time I log in. After that I check what my babyfarms are requiring. Due to this it's less stressful and more comfortable to overcome the long time span. As soon as Halloween is finished I'd appreciate a break from events. At some stage it's enough. |

Yes, I asked several times in different threads why people are getting stressed over this game. No answers at all, players shouldn’t feel forced to get everything. But still the rant about Hayday. If you know what the cause is that gives you stress you can take it out or reduce it. My feeling is still that a lot of players that are stressed or getting stressed are hoarders, we want things and we want them now. no one forces you to a playstyle that doesn’t fit your gameplay. |

Also did you all see the centipede fence? Unfortunatelly it is also not on Gregs Farm. It has some funny animations depending on how you combine the fence. |
