Was sat farming at 10am when the even ended. The pretzel button disappeared! I haven’t been given my rewards, and I can’t see any other way to collect them. Where should I be looking?

I haven't seen a thread or comment about it yet.
So I post it here.
Some players have issues with the reward road.
They get the prizes for the leaderboard, but the road has reset to zero. So if there are rewards that were not collected you can't collect it and the popping balloons don't appear.
Several players already contacted the support and I also read it from some content creators that they reported it to the team.
Some responses from the support say keep an eye on social media for any information as there are many reports.
But no information yet if the players get their rewards or a compensation or what they will do.

I can confirm this, the German forum has also a thread about this issue. Sadly no solution for this until now. I really hope SC finds a way to compensate the affected players accordingly. Especially given the fact that this event had some "hiccup" itself. (At the beginning with changing tasks e. g.)
I cross fingers, since the flying balloons at the end reward you with some diamonds.

And for lower levels also important some coins! Difficult enough to reach the end as we had a very high average this time. Haven't heard or seen something about a compensation until now. Their facebook page is "quiet" at this point. I also heard from some players who wanted to collect their rewards at the end. They lost the chance now and the decos are missing in the sticker book. But you need this sticker to collect the Oktoberfest deco for the next collection. So very difficult situation. |

I do think it’s odd to require a certain sticker from one collection to complete another. They should be stand-alone pages, imo.
I also feel like shop offers should remain bonus offers, not a requirement to complete a collection.
I understand the need to make $, but at the same time I feel like F2P players should have all the same opportunities as those who buy. Purchases should be just for their own sake, and people can use diamonds to speed things up, etc.
