Wow! A lot still going on. Happy to hear jam tasks are halted : )
SC must enjoy watching us struggle.
Thanks to the rep that helped.
Today has not been bad.
Playing and not analyzing.
Wish I read about the wheel before I jumped into my tasks.
All these "events" are not making HD fun or encouraging us to play.

The tasks you have on your board aren’t that bad Tahoe. The 1 help is a nice task with awesome points compared to the 3 jars jam for 90 that I got….. 😉

I have a task for 100 pts to spin the WOF and I take it, but I didn’t get the WOF. Everyday a new surprise! I guess I will wait until the task expires before I trash it. Maybe the WOF will still come … I guess it could have had a flat tire.

I have a task for 100 pts to spin the WOF and I take it, but I didn’t get the WOF. Everyday a new surprise! I guess I will wait until the task expires before I trash it. Maybe the WOF will still come … I guess it could have had a flat tire. I also had that task. There is a difference of 1 hour between the daily reset overall in game and the new tasks for the event. You should have an extra hour for that task after the overall reset is done. Worked for me this morning. But take that task once the WoF arrives, otherwise it will expire in 1hr I believe it was. |

  I haven’t enjoyed this event as much as other similar ones for all of the reasons mentioned above, but I am pleased SC realised and tweaked the tasks. I should be able to complete it now, but even if I don’t I’m happy because I have the beautiful maple trees, and so glad they gave us 2 of them! Looking forward to getting the fallen leaf paths to go with them 🍁 |

Look before you Leap! Like you Hummel. Got the WoF task. Did hold off when it was here this morning. So I took the task, trucks gone : ( Only 1 hour, hope it comes back. Still doing good. I want to go all the way...don't know if I'll make it. But, happy birthday to me!! I did get the fall trees 😃 Yes, it was my own fault. I should have checked if the wheel was there before I took the task. Oh well. I also got those gorgeous trees. Iam getting so many juice tasks and also had 3 jelly tasks. Hope they balance those tasks better for the next event. |

Overall it's a pretty imbalanced event so far. Too many juices and jam. It fit's the theme but is annoying bc so often. However, I hope it's nevertheless doable. Although I trashed a lot (every jam and many juices) I am on track. We'll see. 😉

Any others saving this task for morning? WOF is suppose to arrive at 8 UTC I've done a test where I tap the truck, not spin, and waited to see how long it would stick around. It would leave 5-15 minutes after first tapping on the truck. |

It would leave 5-15 minutes after first tapping on the truck. It's true that once playet tap on the Wheel of Fortune, it would drive off some time later, regardless whether player have spun or not. It was observed and discussed on old forum so it's not something new. Sole exception to this situation is during Event day (permit / voucher/ puzzle piece... on the wheel), where WOF would stay there till the end of the day. Well, you know, in case player would want to spend diamond for a second spin. Like that wouldn't cross their mind in any other day  . "suppose to arrive at 8 UTC" is another myth that community doesn't care about enough for its impact to have discussion about it. It is not always guaranteed to arrive at 8 UTC as I have observed in the past. Living in Europe means 8 UTC is either 9 or 10 am local time, while I'm at work and not checking the game till way later, sometimes after 6pm. The WoF would arrive at this time, and the next day, it won't be there at 8 UTC but rather around the same time as the day before, like it waits for at least 24h between two consecutive days. Or rather some other fixed time depending on when I open the game the previous day? Skip the game for more than 24h might reset it to 8 UTC, but I don't remember my experience as it was not really important to me. If someone cares about not logging every day and still pay attention to the time they log in, I'm curious to know what happens.  The only excepton were WoF is guaranteed to arrive at 8 UTC is during Event day, and stays all day there. |

For the record, the few new tasks spotted in this Task Event, 9 - 16 September 2024. Started 9th at 8 UTC, has issues, reset 1h later. Originally 6 days (ends 15th at 8 UTC), extended 1 more day (now ends 16th at ~ 9 UTC).  Left to right, up to down, skipping the duplicate (I didn't correct their typo error...): - Collect 3x fruit from trees
- Plant 2x fruit bush
- Plant 2x fruit trees or bushes
- Spin the Wheel of Fortune 1 times
- Collect 3x fruit from bushes
- Sell goods to 1 farm visitors
- See above
- See above
- Put 100 goods for sale on your roadside shop
- Help other players 1 times
- See above
- Plant 2x fruit tree
Event must be very competitive for under level under 20  . |

My baby farm task that I received around noon yesterday...wof spin
Next day it is 8pm and first time my truck appeared! Finally, but was nice, task right after was wof spin! Worth the 💎

This is weird... On the farm I tested the WOF truck earlier, I had tapped it, not spun, then waited until it left (just over 5 minutes). I hopped back on that farm 10 minutes ago and the truck is back. I just tapped it again and it took off 5 minutes later. So a rare two sightings of the WOF truck in the same WOF "day"...
Meanwhile, on my main I'm always spinning the wheel around 10-11 UTC, except for derby day when I have to get up early to start curating the task board for the neighborhood at 8 UTC. My truck always arrives when derby starts, so I haven't experienced a 24hr cooldown from the last truck use. I'll be monitoring its behavior a little closer now.

I am well on track, currently 12,390 and tomorrow morning at 13,350. In contrast to previous events when I stopped ahead of schedule I want to serve now every task offered.
Well, I try but I don't know whether I will be fine if I'm getting several jams in a row. 😵💫😬 I hope not. Same applies for the preservation machine. It depends on my whim. 😉
