....chill.
This derby is not my definition of chill.
I always try to complete all 5 daily tasks in one go during bunny time. This requires some daily preparation of machines which can tie them up for several hours.
Combined with summer games......it is even worst.

JLSuperfly The "Chill-derby" was indeed chilling, but that must have been ages ago. SC tightened the tasks. While this occurred my sister-in-law and I decided to skip it.

My prep for it this morning was mainly townies so as not to clash with the event tasks. Bunny arrived and I had five townies fed and ready lined up. Bunny caught .. then proper CHILL.

I prepared the task on machines that were idle and not in use for the summer event. I produced the 2-3 items needed and lasting around 1.5hr each. Enough time and the machines running for event weren’t even done. And some tasks from derby I could combine with summer event.

The first day of a chill bunny derby always works out well for me because the timing of the change of tasks and the reset of my available tasks is such that I can do two days with one set of tasks…if that made any sense.
I was extremely fortunate to have managed to finish my task event soon after the derby started. I had enough townies and town shops stacked to complete six chill bunny tasks. I agree that using town options keeps machines free for other things. However, I did load four machines with “today’s” derby tasks for when the timer resets with six more tasks available for me to complete.
In the meantime, I can concentrate on the LEMs truck event. My fave!!!

My fave!!! I do something similar for chill bunny, but use day one's tasks for 1st bunny, reserve day two's tasks for 2nd bunny, then use day three's tasks on the 2nd task board if I like that set of tasks, otherwise wait for the board to change. D4 saved for 3rd bunny and again use that task board for D5 task unless the task list was unfavorable. With the final day of the task event overlapping the first day of chill bunny, I was happy to see a town task on the board since that doesn't conflict with the event.
