Yes it did start today. I don’t need the coins. The deco is nice and so far the tasks are doable in a short time up to posting here.

In previous events like this I noticed that the same task on my level 85 farm were worth different amounts than on my level 250+ farm.
In this event I notice that the coin prized for my lower level farm are 1/2 of what they are on my big farm. Neither are struggling for coin. So I will probably do tasks until the deco is achieved.

I think coin values vary depending on what level you are. For example, opening a chest on your farm that you randomly find might contain a 500 coins at level 30 but 2000 coins at level 90.
The same can be said for buying coins with real money. If you look at the packages available to buy with cash, the coin values increase as you level up.
The higher the level, the more coins available to you in the game in different ways.

Try not to trash tasks or you might run out before you’re able to reach the end. One or two won’t matter but try to do as many as you can if you’re planning to complete the entire line to the very end. |

You can buy additional tasks spending diamonds, which I would not recommend. what is your goal for this event? The whole rewards line, the deco or what? Once you know what your target goal is for this event see how many points you need. Are you able to play each five days? Look at the average you need per day to reach your goal. If your above it, you have room to trash tasks. If your below it you will need more tasks to reach your goal. some tasks you can prepare like catch lobster, ducks, feed and/or wake sanctuary animals of collect specific bars from your melters. during nighttime prepare to do the longer tasks and don’t forget them in the morning before daily time runs out. make sure you have no incomplete tasks at the end. personally I think this event is kinda easy to do. But I don’t need the coins. 😉 |

Some notable task description 180 pts - 3x Peach jam 340 pts - 3x Chocolate Roll 310 pts - 3x Summer salad 210 pts - 3x Gracious bouquet (used 3 diamonds) - but found 3x chest diamond in recent days. Conclusion: missing at least 1 day won't get me to final goal (requires 12 000) like I missed last time. Task event is getting tougher this way. |

Thu 16/05: 2260 (done 2200 + in progress 60) Fri 17/05: Sat 18/05 Sun 19/05 Mon 20/05 Nice I will do the same: lvl 200+ farm fully capable. day1: 3000 day2: 5490 day3: 8750 day4: 11190 day5: did 3 tasks and completed it. didnt trash any tasks. Had some high tasks but skipping a day would mean I wouldn’t have gotten to last reward. Could have trashed some task along the way to reach the end of line. |

The great Hay Day overseer has answered my concerns. Between the coins gathered from the COY and now this event, I will be sitting comfortable for a while. I'm sure I will go in debt again when the fall/halloween decorations come out. LOL

I don’t need coin, but am going for the deco. Tasks are easy enough to accomplish. Will finish the event, only if it is comfortable to do so.
I have chosen to watch ads to reduce production time for some items. I don’t spend real money, so watching an ad or 2 (or more) contributes to Supercell’s bottom line.

I like the cat deco. 😊. I do need coins because I spent a bunch on Maggie for some reason, lol. But I am trashing a lot—three remained overnight for the first day, not sure whether I’ll collect them all before I fall asleep (again). At least if I don’t get to the end, there’s no pressure so I’m much less irritated by having to trash long tasks or (still not getting the 500 point ones) than in past events where there’s a cute deco at the end. So far, so good. 😊

I just got the cat deco. I don’t care if it was tiny; it does have some butterfly animation! I put it by my cat pets, as was suggested in an earlier post.

Just totted up the last few tasks and I’m not going to make the last coins 🙄. Sadly I didn’t have many high point tasks and I had to scrap a few tasks because I didn’t have the machines or were difficult to produce like jams. I really wanted the coins to buy the waffle maker. Oh well will try again next time.

I didn't intended to participate at all bc the deco didn't met my taste. After a little bit considering I decided otherwise and participated with all my farms. Since I didn't begun at the first day and deleted many tasks in the beginning I also won't reach the final goal.
It's ok for me, though. My babyfarms benefited nevertheless. 🙂🪷

I got the deco and some more coins, but didn’t reach the end. Needed about 1110 points (an extra day, or a few higher point tasks). Too many long tasks. I’m happy with the coins I did get and don’t feel like I missed out on some super cute deco. If the kittens had been at the end and I missed it, I’d be miffed.  So this event “worked” for me this time, but the balance of time required/rewards points is still off, if they are working on that, imo. I still haven’t seen a 500 point sanctuary task—I can’t remember the last time I actually did. ? |
