I had one "feed five sanctuary animals" for 500 points on my main farm (I haven't played the event on any of my baby farms). What is the level of your main farm? I'm curious if the sanctuary task was eliminated from the task pool for certain levels, or just the probability was dropped a lot vs the first few road events. Level 259  |

I am level 262 and did not get any sanctuary tasks but I have in previous events.
I got one feed a cat task but that was it. These usually show up much more often.

Level 17x, had sanctuary task once as well. Needed to trash cause I can’t do it. Gathered only a little over 18k points, ranked 4th on leaderboard, spent 6 diamonds to produce item needing diamond. Only our top 2 has got over 20k needed to complete the path. I did miss 1 full day and some tasks, but still find this one hard to complete. For those who didn’t unlock permit, final reward is 5x panels. Getting 2 permits from Derby or Lucky bonus is easier effort/time wise. I don’t understand the unnecessary difficulties. If the gap is small, it could incite to buy missing ressource. But when the gap is too big, it’s not worth the effort. All I can see it is incite players turning into other ways to get what they want, way that is not encouraged by ToS. |

Congratulations BauldersGate 🌟 I’m happy to get the no.10 spot 🌟 on my main farm (also got my first ostrich in the Sanctuary 😺) with 23,040, and no.3 slot 🌟 in my baby farm with 24,110. I forgot about the flying diamonds at the end so missed a few of those. Glad the event is over .. time to get my farms back in order now. |

I also missed the sanctuary task with 500 points for both, my main farm and my big baby. However, I quit after getting the root cellar. If I had continued...perhaps the sanctuary task would have shown up.
I doubt it though. Time was nearly expended. Why should this task appear in the last 2 days? Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore. Regarding the statements from our members it was pure luck to get this one.

Anyone get a sanctuary task? I played this event with 3 farms, and didn't get any. Hope that task is still around. No. Catch 4 lobster yes. Lvl230 farm. Babyfarms not actively playing along, just storage and supporting main. |

Conclusion:
I have no doubts that SC wanted to do some good to their players but as I stated earlier, too "good". They overstepped the mark in terms making an event fair, enjoyable AND possible to reach the overall goal without spending a good portion of one's time to accomplish the final threshold accordingly.
I just read the comments from Reddit - HayDay - and I am appalled how many players failed to get the root cellar, not to mention the desired scrolls. Those events are supposed to be fun and not a full-time job. In the end it was more frustrating than anything else.
This can't be in the interest from SC. I really hope - knowing I'm repeating myself - that SC take these complaints seriously and change the conditions for upcoming events. It doesn't make any sense to frustrate and annoy those who love this game and play it for such a long time. And not few are spending real money to support it.

I know I am late. But I didn't have much time the last days. And the most time I had was spent to the event. So I am just reading the last posts after mine. These types of events are not good for a distracted brain 😅 Early on in the event I took a feed 30 chicken task, did the first 18 and then completely forgot to come back in time for the other 12 🙃 And one day I just forgot to come back at all so most tasks where rolled over that day The group I'm in must have had similar issues though because I'm in and out of 1st with another player I logged in this morning and this was my task list;  And It just suddenly felt like a slog, so many long production times 😑 Since this also happened a few times to me in the past (missing to come back in time), I nearly always set a timer to make sure I don't forget it. I didn't do that for my little baby farm. I only wanted to do some tasks there to get the first prizes. I thought I will remember to collect the last items for the task before I go to bed. But what happend? In the morning I checked my farms and were surprised that there is a expired task. Anyone get a sanctuary task? I played this event with 3 farms, and didn't get any. Hope that task is still around. I got the "wake sanctuary animals". But only once on my baby farm. Had to trash it because there I don't have 5. I’m disappointed I didn’t manage to get the root cellar or scrolls. Hopefully it will be available again. There were no high level points this time and it was a chore ☹️

I think SuperCell’s randomizer needs to be randomized. Both for the next event like this one AND for the new prizes for the movie ticket….

Investing a lot of time, energy and effort in an event for a desired deco and/or scrolls and to fail isn't a pleasant feeling. 🙁 For some time I doubted to reach the root cellar with my baby bc I deleted ridiculous tasks (not very much, but they appeared daily) and additional those tasks I was lacking the necessary machine. I happen to have most machines for the level but not everyone. So it was quite scarce. I am pretty sure I won't undergo such an event again if SC doesn't change the preconditions for a better advancing.

Give better points value on a task based on how long it takes to produce something, not on how much you get for selling the items. Make such tasks worth playing.

I had some tasks for machines I don’t have too, you would think it would know. I’m guessing that to go by level is easier than to match requests to every individual farm. That, and they most likely want people to get every machine. Wish it wasn’t so, but I have a feeling this is why. |

MommySnooks 🐯 and Butterfly 🦋 Yes, definitely. They don't care whether you possess every machine which is available for your level. It's for them a given fact that every level is supposed to obtain every machine possible. Same applies for new machines when SC releases a new update. Although you have to wait several days before you can use a new machine, - townies...ship and truck orders are demanding those products. Unless you are willing to spend a ton of diamonds to shorten the time for instant usage. Who does this? Only those who have more than enough diamonds and don't care about their use. Be aware this is something which won't be resolved. SC is expecting that you have to have every machine which applies for your current level. If you don't, it's your problem, not theirs.

The idea is nice but the execution fails in my opinion like the similar events.
1. It was not enough time to reach to even the deco because the tasks I got on 2 farms were imbalanced as most similar events (food that takes too long time to make and too little points). Purely matter of luck. I think they certainly need to balance such events (tasks - time - points ratio) if they mind to encourage many players to participate and enjoy such events.
I personally feel like it becomes a duty (stress and waste of time) instead of enjoying.
2. The leader board and the notifications is very annoying for my preference. I am not interested in ranking and who is ranked, all I want is just to relax and enjoy while participating an event. Opt-out option from the leader board thing would be good in case it is technically possible to implement such an option.
(The going-on truck event seems to be reasonable)
