What's up with the Daily Dirt? It seems worse than normal at the moment, just loads of low level farms selling ore. Maybe the dev team could look at increasing ingame demand for ores/bars and jewellery to help balance it out. How do other people find it?

It's the typical ebb and flow of the Daily Dirt in the first few days of Derby. Mining tasks are very popular (as well as a baseline level of players mining for 10 gems each day), so the paper is flooded with ores just after Derby starts.
If we have Blossom derby in three weeks, the ores will be replaced by corn...so much corn...

Yes, the DD became over time a more and more annoying nuisance. Often resp mostly overflooded with special items no one want to buy either. Since you can't change anything you should come to terms with it. 🙂 It also depends from current events, as puzzles already stated. And yes, I noticed mostly low level farmers as well. I don't criticize it since we all were some time ago low level farmers. But it has increased over the time. I am missing more "balanced" offers from various level farmers in general. It's difficult to find the desired item, if at all. Normally you will fail. Sometimes you can get lucky. This happens if you don't search something special. On this occasion you can find rare things you need perhaps later. 😉 |

I’m surprised the lemon and mint essential oils haven’t yet started to flood the daily dirt’s pages .. no doubt that’ll start to happen soon.

But I think perhaps many farmers don't run the oil machine as much, because you would need many saws for the lemon trees. Back to the ores: I don't look as often in the dd to compare it with previous weeks. But I have a guess why many low level players are now in the DD with ores. Normally as a low level player you don't have so much material for mining. But you all remember the last easter event. In the cataloge there were three blueprints. These blueprints were replaced by 15x tnt (for EACH blueprint). So the low level players have many tnt now if they have participated. |
