A farm pass task is for me to collect a visitor using my personal train, I’ve tried and tried but just can’t pick anyone up. Has anyone else had this problem?

scousebird1878I can't answer your question because I am not affected with the personal train but many other members are. They have nearly permanent maintenance, unable to use the train properly. Your problem seems to be another one if your train fails picking up visitors from your neighborhood. Perhaps can other members confirm your problem. The maintenance problem is well-known to Team HayDay, they are working on it. If nobody can confirm your special problem I suggest to make the support aware of it. Sadly I have no better idea, knowing that the support is a nuisance.

I had the same task on my baby farm (zero friends to assist). Most frustrating as none showed up from Greg throughout the entire day. on my main farm today I need to complete a group request .. again, there are none showing up, I keep checking but for nothing. |

For the past couple of months my train has been on a more or less permanent maintenance break. I am so looking forward to this bug being fixed, until then I guess we will just have to live with it. 😭
