Donating farm pass question

You can only donate farm pass when you purchase them through Supercell Store, I'm afraid. And both of you must be SC ID friends.

To navigate to the friend list to choose who to donate, make sure you open the SC ID settings > tab "My Games" > tap on on the game "Hay Day", they are listed under "Friends playing Hay Day"


For your second question, from your farm, open Friend bar or Friend Book. Those that have a black suqare with white text "ID" on their avatar are your SC ID friends.
