I please need help. Question: Has anyone affected with a problem that your farms cannot level up?
Long background:
All my farms have been affected with a problem: they cannot level up even though the gifts for levelling up (e.g., diamonds) are delivered. On 2 farms (my main farms), I bought the farm-pass the last time and this time (for permits), and the two farms levelled up twice. However, they are still at the same level as if they did not level up.
I contacted the support. First, they wanted the screen shots that show that my farms levelled up but the levels did not change, which is an "mission impossible", as I naturally do not photo my farms when they are levelling up. So, the customer support wanted the screen shots of something that did not occur at the moment that it had to occur, which is irrational. This is not a missing payment of sum to an account whose "absence" can be proved.
Later, after I stated that I paid MONEY for the farm pass, most XP comes from the farm pass, and the virtual product is not working as it is advertised, and selling a defect virtual product is against the consumer rules which Supercell is bound to comply with as its central management is still located in Finland (within the EU), the customer support became both more confused and more confusing. One support agent stated that they will investigate the issue further and come back (which has already been going on for weeks). Another support agent stated that it is known bug related to farm pass and they are trying to solve = if this is the case, selling the farm pass as it is with useless XP is certainly not fine.

I understand your frustration. Although I have never had this situation happen to me, this reminds me of the bugs that do exist when developing a game.
They introduced “reactivate derby task” a few years ago. Well, it didn’t work as it was intended. You would reactivate that derby task that had expired, but you would not be awarded the associated derby points because the system still saw the task as “expired”. Thus, you could still max out all 320 tasks, and still be short 320 points.
It’s super frustrating dealing with these issues but it’s also important to understand that even though as players we have to deal with the suck level of nuisances, but we also reap the rewards of what actually is going right.
That being said, I was going to give my 2 cents on the wrapping machine fiasco, but I’ll bite my tongue. SC better remember the amount of time and effort I put into making those darn presents. Lol

This is the first time I heard of such issue, and probably the first time for Support too. They don't sound like they can provide support for unknown bug.
If I were you, I'll start taking screenshot and monitor xp progress (whether XP is registered). When it does not level up, then is the XP taken away..? There is many possible situation here. Tapping on your Level or the blue XP bar will show you the XP progress.
I do'nt think Support is not trying to help you, but they need some concrete proof that they can also show to developpers or other person while they are investigating your case. If your bug is already well known bug, they would already know how to provide support, but if not, they need as much as documentation as possible. Just a little help to help them help you, if you can.

Regarding this strange issue, I am not for the other gifts on the farmpass except permits, and a new deco if it appears. I hope that this strange issue gets resolved. |

I have the messages from the support stating that it is a bug that they know - I added their two replies (hope it works). As per your suggestion, I will watch XP progress, take the screen shot before levelling up, at the time of levelling up, after levelling up. No, XP is not taken away. The farm 'levels up' and I can get the rewards when one levels up. But the level does not change. For example, one farm is level 138. After I level up, I get all the rewards and XP, but the farm remains at level 138. I could now level up on another farm that I do not do farm pass at all, even the free path. Thus, I think it should be related to XP coming from farmpass. - Question: Does SC not see when a farm levelled up? At least, is that not possible for SC to predict which level a farm should be in relation to its XP so they can correct the level manually until the issue is fixed?
